Yeah, it's the idea that someone who's supposed to be such a great warrior and deadliest woman in the galaxy doesn't need armor. Is the barely there strap deal very realistic? No. Is it a sex ploy to have her wear something so revealing? Yes. But I feel like it only makes her look weaker to need armor when she never did before, the same reason I didn't like the armored Hulk look from Marvel-NOW. If the books that had this look were any good I'd feel different about this look, but as is those books were crap and this armor design isn't a favorite of mine. After reading Thanos: The Infinity Relativity I really wish they would just have used that armor instead, it's the exact same armor but in green and black which does make an improvement over the white and red.

They might repaint it for a re-release later. This is Hasbro after all.

Personally, I dig the space armor, but that's also cause that armor will make for some badass customs.

Anybody lookin' to make some 4" Mass Effect figures could get some great use out of it. I know I'm bitching a lot here but what can I do? I'll probably still get one like I said because it is still Gamora, at least the individual Captain Marvel doesn't have the helmet so no complaints there.

Gamora is and was in my top five, if not top three! I will however, pass on this one eyed white suited, unarticulated sloppy version..... She actually got boo'ed when revealed. It now looks like i will be paying $60 (plus base figures) for a custom from NoodleChop. Worth every penny and it will be a Christmas present to the lad.

Hey all, I don't post here often but thought I would come out of lurk mode to say I just saw Northstar, Colossus, Emma Frost, Deadpool, Chameleon and Korg on Taobao. Looks like this will be our next wave. Fingers crossed.

Thanks Ukmu. Didn't know if I was allowed to link to another site. Hopefully this means the long wait is over for Emma Frost, Northstar & Colossonaught.

So I was digging around on eBay looking at the SDCC Ant Man set, and I come across this -
5pcs Super Hero Ant Man Giant Man Henry "Hank" Pym 11cm 12 5cm PVC Figure Loose | eBay
Set of 5 knockoff Ant Man figures - Wasp, Mini Ant Man on ant, Ant Man, Comic Ant Man, and most interestingly Movie Yellowjacket

They stand at just over 4", but I think the Yellowjacket suit adds a bit of height in the film anyway. As we've got the Legends mini Yellowjacket, this might be a nice counterpart to our 3.75" Movie Ant Man

that is beautiful. I am cool with a one-eyed Gamora, she's in the space armour. but theres also the fact that she was the fan choice winner and beat out all the others I was really happy about, as I will be if Angela beats Symbiotic Spiderman in the 6"

I think this fella has elbows, possibly knees & attachment articulation too, making it better than anything Hasbro gave us for Age of Ultron

I had been spending a long while researching these, (when I should have been bloody working and earning some cash) chasing this story. You posted just before I had all the links.

I think we are NOT supposed to post that sort of stuff. As long as it doesnt go overboard or is self promoting or just dumb, I dont think it hurts. When a thread gets chocked with BS or people complain, then it is a problem. I am no mod so dont go quoting ol' uncle UKMU....the rules state AUCTIONS and names EBAY...these are not auctions or ebay...cheeky I know.

Also...it a ppears gold Ultron (and MAYBE Scarlet Spider too) has been bumped out of the next wave to make room for Northstar. This is not the first time a homosexual Canadian has ruined my day though.

I don't know why everybody is shock Gamora is in space armor. They said it last year during the fan voting that it would be Gamora in space armor.

The space armor doesn't bother me. A girl must wear armor to survive in outer space (plus who wants to run around buck naked in a fight due to battle damage or suffer a wardrobe malfunction). What bothers me is the one eye. I would like it better if they painted the second eye or adjusted the hair so that it actually covers her eye socket. I'll have to order a Vort head or do some type of kitbash to make it look acceptable. Hopefully hasbro heard the boos and improves it before it hits retail.

it really was though, and it was stated as Modern Gamora with the photo from Guardians 1 (2013). In the 6" she was in the street walker suit.

Misogynists may for some reason be bothered. I blame the 90s for thinking it is acceptable for women to be drawn in such stupid attire. Honestly had it even been first appearance Gamora, I'd have been cool, just anything but the DA suit. For the record its 'Most Dangerous Woman in the Galaxy' not 'Sexy' or 'Sluttiest'.

The one eye doesn't bug me, just as long as I can get a figure of Gamora in the suit, I'm pleased. I was hoping they would also put this Star-Lord out too as they were my favs.

Hey guys! So, I picked up a Punisher figure yesterday at a street fair, and started accessorizing him this morning. I need your help deciding which accessory to put on him.

This cloak,

or this ammo thingy?

Btw, these are where I got these accessories. The ammo thing was from a Joker figure from the Batman 3 3/4" line meant for kids that you always see when you walk around Walmart, Target, or whatever. The cloak was from the Big Hero 6 Yokai figure. I'm pretty sure you can still find these guys if you go to Walmart, Target, or ToysRUs. The gun he was holding and the sword on his back in the first 2 pictures were from a 3 3/4" weapon lot. Pretty sure they're from the old G.I. Joe 3 3/4" line, though. I don't know where the gatling gun from the last few pictures are from, though. Sorry for the blurry pictures btw.

Did anyone else think that some of the reveals at SDCC seemed to be familiar?? That's because most were from the fan poll from last year!!

https://twitter.com/HasbroNews/statu...44135402934272

The only true loser from that poll seems to have been Dormammu. Poor, poor Dormammu.

Well what was the f*cking point in the poll if they were just going to release everyone anyway? I bet you anything we'll get to November and they'll show plans for a Dormammu at some point next year.
