I'm pretty sure he was only ever called Black Panther as acknowledgement to the fact the character was made to fulfill being the first black superhero. Panthers themselves would already be considered black in color so the color being in his name really was just to stress "hey, we have a mainstream black hero!" The character actually predates the political group by a few months.

that explains why I felt uncomfortable when I showed up to that "Black Panther" party with a six pack wearing my Avengers T-shirt... not a lot of comic fans in that crowd.

Pretty much the same as your average old school GI Joe. It has swivels above the elbow and swivel shoulders like a Joe. It has an O-Ring rubber-band in the waist, a T-Crotch bar and the legs attach to it. The Knees are single joint bendable. The Head and Neck are like old school Joes too, one piece so Kicker can look left or right and that is it.

No up/down head movement, no wrist or ankle articulation.

Not bad at all but not super awesome as MU was becoming before Infinite started to ramp the articulation down.

Thanks. I only buy them to rip the heads off of for customs. I used the Predator helmeted head on a Savage Opress body and made a cool looking Predator. I also used the clear PRedator head and canon on a clear Lion-O body that is OK, not great, but better then the Funko one. When I find them I will take a few pics and post.

I bought the Terminator figures (T-1000 Cop figures, T-800 Arnie and Sarah Conner), a few more Predators as well as the Gentlemen (from Buffy) for future customs.

is that box set out of scale, or just crap articulation? I might get that just for the Vision and see if that Hawk and ultron can be improved or modified to bring them up to snuff.

With Anti-Venom on the way, I need some tips on preventing yellowing. He's white all over so yellowing on him would be horrible. I've got one of those Ultro-Pro cases but I'm not sure if that will really prevent anything.

Thanks for posting I am sure this is the reason why I had to pay my MAX bid on the Clear Strange!!!

I'm not really mad, I got Tigershark from this same seller for less than $30 shipped on Friday and he hadn't shipped yet so I got combined shipping for the pair of these must haves!!!

Once I get my grubby mitts on Yellow and Blue Goliath I will be completely out of the hunt for MU.

You did nothing wrong Homie. I noticed that a lot of his stuff are the variants and rare figures, but they are not selling for what I would have expected either. He has Death Archangel with very few bids. My only gripe is that he has a lot of things that all end on different days and times so combining shipping is a bit of a juggling act, but well worth it.

And C'mon man you know I want it loose! I really don't need the Ironman just the Biggun'

Take the ROC Breaker torso, and plain Joe pants (such as Cobra Commander's) and tennis shoes from Storm Shadow.

Add Gandalf hands. The best head I've seen so far is a modified Anakin from Episode 3. A Figurerealm search for Quicksilver with a height limit of 4 inches will find Escorpcustoms' version, which is top notch.

Don't hate him because he's beautiful. Sentry doesn't need your approval of who he is and how he idetifys. Lol. Sorry I'm horrible.

The lipstick will wipe off with just a touch of fingernail polish remover on a paper towel. Very easy. But you can also head swap with Ages of Thunder Thor or (my favorite) Ultimate Thor from the Avengers movie line for the bearded look a la Dark Avengers.
