I'd much rather they not make classic Venom and Carnage SDCC exclusives. There's no reason at all for them to not be retail releases, they're Venom and Carnage.

Nothing on that list for me. Sorry Sabahs, but MK doesn't float my boat. Interesting to see a new suited character though. Maestro might be cool though. I don't know what Spider-Man UK is either to be honest. Looks like this will be our SDCC reveals..That list has pretty much been spot on in past.

I like cool figures being SDCC exclusives. THey are easy enough to get, even when you live outside of where HTS will ship. Might not be cheap, but as collect tours I think (most/some/ at least a few/perhaps just me) like having things that not just anyone can pop down to their local superstore and buy. Doesn't mean it has to be something obscure or or something they would never do for retail. That's just me though....

As long as don't get shafted like last year's inventive but highly lacklustre set. That thing was aimed, at least it looked like it to me, at getting 6" collectors to buy as well. I don't care what it is, just hope it something cool. Taco truck or giant vehicle/playset cool.

Well its about time they start releasing the Deadpool Corps figures at retail, assuming that list is true. I'm still going to order the SDCC box set, I doubt Hasbeo is nice enough to re release her as is. Either she will have gimped articulation or a shitty paint job. I'll get her if she's the same figure though.

Spider-Man UK is from Spider-Verse, his name was Billy Braddock. That's all I remember, besides his uniform being a mash up of like Captain Britain X Spider-Man. I'll get his figure.

Hopefully Maestro is a classic version, but I wouldn't mind the Marvel Now version.

Pretty much the only figure I don't want is Iron Man, and that's because I don't know what suit it is. Subject to change.

@ukmu The point isn't that SDCC exclusives are hard to get, its that the idea of Venom and Carnage not being released in the normal line and being released as exclusives I just ridiculous. I can easily drop $100 on an exclusive set, but I shouldn't HAVE to for popular characters like them. They should've been released in the original line tbh.

My thoughts exactly I posted the same comment last week, AV too big GG is perfect scale though for our 3.75 lines, the SS line is all screwed up scale wise but don't think they had collectors in mind who were bothered about scale when they made this line, there just nice figures for the kids but i'll defo be picking up a GG.

Molten Man - interesting choice of character, possibly very eye-catching deco
Lady Deadpool - cool for people without SDCC set
Maestro - great one! let's see how many trophies/accessories are included or if it is Marvel Now version
Spider-man UK - great addition to Spider Verse
Invincible Iron Man - will see
X-23 Wolverine - for me this is the favorite of this wave
Moon Knight/Suited Moon Knight - will see

I still think a maximum carnage set would be a good SDCC exclusive.
Agreed.

Maestro should really start with a 5 or even 6 inch buck. Anything using a 3.75 buck is going to be under sized.

So wish Hasbro would release a Black version of the Prof X buck. Need that for Agents of SHIELD. Does Moon Knight have a tie in suit because if he doesn't we could be getting the horrible Chameleon buck again.

Invincible Iron Man is the current armor right? Probably a new head and repainted body.

The rest are fine.

Still want a legit Agent Venom and Coulson.

Maestro yes! X-23 yes! The rest.....I will have to look up Molten Man to see what the heck that is and decide if I like it or not, but otherwise, pass for me on the rest.

(and we STILL don't have a Kingpin......o_O)

If Moon Knight is the original MU figure with that awful body and not a new version...oh boy I can't wait to see the shitstorm that will follow.

As for that list don't really have any interest. But I am in agreement where's my Kingpin? I'd also really like a Lady Deathstrike.

Lady Deathstrike, Viper, and Kingpin are probably the three biggest omissions in this line I can think of. I'm not saying that as personal favorites though they are all "up there" I'm saying that in terms of exposure. They all deserve to get made. Deathstrike and Kingpin may be a little difficult but there's no excuse mold wise that we don't have a Viper yet.

Well, I like Molten Man but it seems like they are still dancing around a Kingpin figure. They will probably make Speed Demon, Bommerang, Beattle (male and female version), Silvermane, Vermin, Jack O'Lantern, Puma, Rose, Swarm, and Man Wolf before Kingpin.

Yeah, I'm not sure how they would make a Kingpin. I wish they would though.

I still wish I could come up with a good recipe for either a comic or Neflix Kingpin. I'd take either version at this point.

Bah. At this point there is no figure that "should" be made before Kingpin. It's really kind of weird to have such a character of stability in Marvel's history to be missing.

Along with Viper and Deathstrike we also sorely need: a proper MU Lizard, Avalanche, Pyro, Forge, Polaris, Songbird, Moonstone, Justice, Tigra, Magik, Domino and Cannonball. (I realize 8 of these 15 are X-figures, sue me.) Only after those should they really be looking at more obscure or second-rate or short term characters.

Edit: they really also need to get on making Maximus and Wizard too....
