Good news I got the new legends for BOGO 50% off so I got them for under $10 each plus the MI were at 5 below so I got all this for closer to 2009 prices than 2016 prices so I press on
Congrats on the baby and the haul! Yup that's what I've been able to do is keep them around 10 bucks as well...

Just got word that the comic pack set is on its way out to me from BBTS.

It pains me that the only Marvel stuff in stores I've seen this year are the Titans and 2.5 Cap and Bucky motorcycles.

I'm in too deep to leave now, but I can't pay the $13 sticker price for what we are getting. Once I find them for $10 or less I go ahead and get them.

I noticed in the store that Yondu's card was different, due to the choking warning, but I was unhappy once I realized why it was there. He is the only figure in this wave with accessories...

I just wished paying more meant getting more, but we all know that is not the case.

I'm hoping this haul motivates me to figure out how I will display everything, but I am still unsure where everything is going to go.

My advice? Only get the ones you absolutely cannot live without first, and lurk around Amazon until they get them down to decent prices(though that DOES require patience). They won't ALL go significantly down in price, but with luck, most of them will.

Note: This method is based on observation alone, and is untested.

That sucks, I've been able to find them. If you need help with the singles let me know, the comic packs are a decent price from BBTS...

Too true! I am as well too deep to get out and have too many and would take forever to get rid of :P Unlike my 6 inch stuff that was easier to get rid of, didn't have as much.

Those 2 packs are findable at target, but with taxes, gas etc it's probably the same price from BBTS. My local TRU sold them like hotcakes and has not restocked.
In a moment of weakness I bought the new legend 6" venom... BUT... since he has been drawn huge I consider it compatible with the 3.75". Kind of pisses me off he comes with 4! heads AND 4 hands... Also bought my son a batman vs superman mystery mini figures, at about 1.5 inches it has waist articulation and was only $3. Hasbro is stiffing is 3.75" collectors!

Nice Daredevil custom kitbash; that head looks good. How does one paint stubble?

Guessing that's an Iron Fist head on a Panther body. Would be tempted to swap out the legs for any pair of GI:Joe cargo/military pants but that's just me.

As for stubble, I tend to water down paint and apply with a scruffy brush - results tend to vary!

To paint stubble.... dip an old toothbrush into very slightly watered down paint. 'Flick' bristles by holding head and running thumb downward quickly. Practice practice practice on paper first...make sure figure is Standing for best result. Flick once...maybe twice. Wipe away excess from unwanted areas.

Never actually did this on a figure.... it is how one paints "foam and splash" when doing a wave or beach scene landscape. Should work titties...Practice first. It is an acquired skill set. Give it a go, let me know.

The figures are too small to actually paint the dotted stubble. That toothbrush idea in my opinion would splatter on the rest of the figure. I would just add a wash around the area and create a 5 o'clock shadow effect.

Very nice kitbash sir. I agree, I would have swapped the legs to a combat pants mould or with the more articulated legs. But great work!!

Just drape a rag over it to protect body and wipe away excess on head. Like wise a .005 fine tip archival pen would work for tiny tiny dots too. A nice wash would work great. Give it a "muzzle" look like Fred Flintstone or Homer..... or Keanu Reeves

I've gotten some guns from Marauders recently so I could better arm my Punisher. They even sent me the gas mask as an extra freebie. Very cool people to do business with.

And in case anyone hasn't seen Daredevil season 2 (aka Punisher season 1)...GO WATCH IT!!!

Damn, I really wish I picked up Marauder stuff while they were at NJCC. Hopefully they'll have a presence there this year.
