Which version of War Machine is that? Don't recall a 3.75" version that looks like that.

I believe he mixed parts from 2 of them, specifically the head.

I wanted to post some pix of Hammerhead with my last batch of pictures, but they came out too dark. I had to retake them in some better light.

I used the XL Vort suit for the body. I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed in it. The plastic is very rubbery and there were deep tears in the left arm and both legs that I needed to glue. Fortunately, the arm tear is in the armpit and the ones on the legs are hidden by the coat. Anyone else have this problem? Oscarv, I know you used this body for your Stane figure, did you have any issues?

That cyborg/ hybrid face was based on David Vonners likeness.

I actually didn't know it existed before I got back into the line.

The gun looks huge in images but in hand it looks great.

The only problem with the mold is you have to heat up the legs to free up the thigh swivel I had the arctic armor for a few years and never knew it had thigh swivel.

I don't want to bash Vortious Custom Accessories as Dennis is a good friend of mine but I have had a few build a figures from hin and the quality just isn't there. It was myself that made OscarV's stane and I did have a a lot of tidying up to do on the figure. The only build a figure I've used for myself is the kingpin kit which again I had to do a lot of sanding and filling to get it to look right. Vorts head and most of his accessories are top quality but his limbs and body's are bad. Quite a few people here who have bought them has shipped them to me to try and fix. As for the custom great work. I was thinking of using the same body but I think I'll wait so I used a prof x figure without waistcoat. Head voice is fine but you can still tell it's a skin painted collosus. Try altering the upper head.

What surprised me about the XL figure is that I have a few of his regular suit bodies and didn't really have any problems with them, aside from one with a bit of a tear on the arm, but I think that I did it when I tried moving it without soaking it first.

And I didn't realize that the head is from Colossus. I got it from Vort. I did file the top to flatten it a bit more. I considered building up the sides a little to make it look more like the Legends head. Once I get a better body, I'll probably take another crack at it. The thing is, Hammerhead is such a muscular guy that I can't really bring myself to put him on a thin body.

Does anyone know of any stout 3.75" to 4.5" suited bodies?

The best one I can think of off the top of my head is Black Mask (DC).

It should be soon since the movie comes out in May.

How'd I miss this! I had no idea they're making a non-Legends size Panther! Guess that's three figures I'll be getting from this movie. Maybe there's hope for a movie version of Dr. Strange after all.

^ I wish black panther had some torso articulation. That way he could pull off another pose instead of T'challa tap dancing Tuesday's.

At this point as long as it's not 5POA I don't care what it looks like. Him and Falcon are going to be welcome additions with Carter as an added bonus.

I'll probably just keep my Hammerhead as it is for now. I might switch it out if I spot a Professor X or black suit Destro for the right price. Maybe the white suit Moon Knight if/when we get it.

Still, Black Mask would make a pretty good Jigsaw.

^ that black mask body looks cool with the punisher head. I would be scared seeing that guy near a pizza oven lol especially after playing the punisher on the PS2.

Anyone know of a good headsculpt for a deaths head II? I have a spare mr sinister from the X factor boxed set and I'm thinking of switching it to a deaths head II

I too think Vort is a good guy. His heads are great, but I purchased one body and it fell apart and needed work. I eventually went with legs from another figure in my junk box. Speaking of suits, I still wish someone would make a large suited figure. Vort's XL suit is still not big enough for movie Kingpin or even tall guys like Tombstone. IMO.
