Just prototype pics were shown of colossus and emma. They were working on the head mold for cyclops and didn't show any pics. There was more announcements for marvel legends than mu. Also, iron man 3 figures were discussed and also look to be legends scale.

I'm pretty disappointed with hasbro at nycc. I just got the email today for the 30% off code to get doom. Also, they weren't even giving away doom at sdcc this year but now they decide to give him out at nycc? I don't get it.
Hasbro isn't at nycc this year

You should have seen the people on line when they found out the wasn't an old man Logan.
When I bought the subscription he gave me the doom box, and said we don't have a choice btwn Logan and doom? He than told me it was a rumor smh

Just remember: the Old Man Logan issue is with Marvel, not Hasbro. While I think it is stupid to offer the same figure 2 years in a row at NYCC, it wasn't that long ago people were crying because they couldn't get a maskless doom. The truth is that they obviously have a glut of this figure and are trying to unload them on fans who have little else to spend their money on. A lawsuit would fail because it was Hasbro, not Marvel, that advertised the figure - and it was media outlets that suggested it would be at NYCC.

I actually have LIKED the case assortments this year. The figures are really great. Sure, there is always QC issues with Hasbro that crosses all the toy lines - it is just part of the 4" scale, I guess because all the smaller figures have this.

Lastly, remember that SDCC is HTS and not - technically - Hasbro. Sure, they are connected but there is a reason they make that distinction.

I would have more than likely asked them to cancel the subscription then. If they were aware of the rumor, a simple sign or announcement would have been courteous. It wouldn't help folks that were there ONLY for Logan but at least they wouldn't have wasted their time in line and signing up only to be disappointed.

IT WASNT a RUMOR, The HASBLO slide show at SDCC clearly and definitely showed Old Man Logan at NYCC. That was NOT Marvel it was Hasblo. Another really stupid thing they do is date their waves, why do it if you know the figures will never be released on the target dates. It just pisses people off. But if there is one thing Hasbro is getting better at and that is pissing everyone off.

Maybe your right, maybe the issue is between Marvel and Hasbro, Hasbro contracted to do the Old Man Logan at NYCC for the Marvel sub and then proceeded to do what Hasbro does best . Maybe someone at Marvel should ask them what the hell happened and find out why the MU line has some many issues.

My point is that Marvel is the one selling the figures. Hasbro may very well had them for Marvel and ready to go ... but Marvel wanted to sell through their stock of Doom figures first. (That's not just my guess - that is what Marvelous News is suggesting.) In other words, Hasbro went with what they knew - that Marvel wanted this new figure for NYCC and so they made it. They can't control what Marvel does after.

About the waves: you do realize some of that is retail asking them to hold off on releasing the figures. As it was, some of the waves indeed were released by the dates on the cards - just not in the US or not consistently. Most assume that the Avengers and Spider-Man caused a change. I guess you could get upset about the dates being wrong, but I tend to get MORE upset figures like Sif and Heimdall that don't make it to retail at all! As long as they get to local stores, I can't complain because there are some many people who could cause them to be delayed - not the least, the stock room kid who is lazy and doesn't want to put out more toys.

Personally, I try not to let something trivial like an action figure get my blood pressure up when there is so much more going on that is far more important.

What do you need exactly? I'm finding all of 18 and 19 at retail (except the Spidey variants).

I'm looking for Kang, Scarlett Witch, Beast, Kraven, She hulk and Beta ray bill. I only have the budget to get one or two a week but so far all I've seen are two punishers.

Thanks for pointing out the modification work, lol. Your usually the one who gives the nod of approval. I went on a wrist modifying binge with the avengers figures and xmo.

Thanks for the comments guys on the ultimates. I really liked how the pic turned out. I'm getting a bit better with using the manual focus on my camera.

Love marauderinc. Affordable prices and good service. I may have to get a grenade launcher too.

it was on clearance at tru for $13. Decent price but I wanted to make the red, blue to get a feel for the helicarrier bridge look.
