I ordered the set of the 3 professor x, jubilee, and blastarr. I had to. All 3 for what one would normally cost...

Normally cost where? I don't know about you but even the LCBS only charges $13.99.

Actually, the whole 3-pack is a callback to Uncanny X-Men Annual #12 (first appearance by the X-Babies). The rest of the X-Men happened to be in the Australian Outback during the same time-frame as the X-Babies story.

What-up, Ark-Heads! Yesterday, I told myself that I would not spend money because I got and old ML Cable (Var) from my LCS for a pretty penny! Well, guess what...my brother-in-law came over and woke me up and convinced me to go TRU today with him! I told my bro-in-law, I'm tired and can we only just hit one store...drove to the nearest TRU with him...and to my amazement, I find the new MU Scarlet (been trying to hunt her down forever), MU Spidey (re-release, and that color scheme is so sinister and just so boss), and the MU 2-pac w/Doom and Spidey (FF reverse black and white paint scheme) sitting on the shelf! For reals, I can't believe I found all these in a row and only one of each! Also, saw other 2-pacs like MU's Rhino/Spidey, Falcon/Cap, Doc Strange/Surfer, Hulk/Wolvie, and Warlock/Thanos! One TRU worker told me that they just got a truck in today, and that trucks are coming twice a week instead of once a week for the upcoming holidays! So, regardless to say, I will be making a lot of sandwiches for lunch this week! LOL! The thrill of the hunt has been satisfied for now, good luck Arkers!

But that's only because they haven't hit the US yet. Once they are in stores the price will come down plenty. I don't feel like overpaying for something that isn't even out yet and that absolutely will sell for less at retail. I'd rather pay $20 to a friend online that finds one at retail than pay the BBTS price, which basically forces you to pay for the reissue figures in that price but gives you none of them.
