I've done so so that if there's no feedback established as yet (at the time) on the forum in question that potential buyer/sellers/traders can see I am not a totally unknown person to the collecting community.

Sure, you can offer it, but that doesn't mean anyone has to accept it. A lot of sites don't even allow the use of feedback from other sites (even ebay) and discourage their members from relying on such. It is just makes it easier for someone to scam others and leaves people with less recourse. When you are new on a site you just have to earn people's trust, period. I wouldn't even try to sell on a site before I made a few trades and would expect to send first if it made the other person feel more comfortable. Usually people are going to be stand-up guys but after seeing others get scammed and the fact that this hobby attracts scalpers (basically profiteers) you can't be to careful.

I would BBTS has these for 15 each unless you want to split up the case of 12 then I'm down. I had that case but cancelled it. All these should be easy to find in retail. The SW wave I saw often and wish I would have gotten them from there. Plus I doubt these will be any rare maybe the Angel one. Dang I really need my Marvel fix Hopefully these do hit retail soon.

@Iceman.good point and i agree if you are new here it down to you to build up good feedback here,but lets say after a while the newbie attains far more active trader experience on TA than say a guy who is here about 2+ years with no experience dealing with International members?lets say the newbies feedback is far more than the veteran members?what then?personally id say its up to the guy with the less trade experience to send first.some folk i would have absolutely no problem sending to first,because their reputation exceeds them.you just know you are going to have a great trading experience with them.

I think, for me, it comes down to what's yer gut say.

Example, though I have never traded with Jackieboy, I would trust him in a trade due to his frequency of thread appearance, and other folks who have dealt with him here and on other sites.

Some random dude, who maybe has 38 posts, nobody knows him, and he got into a scuff over some drama already.

indeed,thats how it goes.you want to earn a good rep,you gotta be prepared to take the plunge.But for me,i try re-assure people i deal with as best i can by providing things like photos and tracking numbers and also pay as promptly as possible.luckily i joined the ark during a good time,i got to know the who's who of the MU community.i made some good friends here and in other places

I went into walmart last tuesday, where they've had the same four Dr.stranges, and a Gladiator for over a year, and asked the toy dept. manager when they were restocking. she scanned one, looked at her "trcorder" and said "two cases coming on the first" went back yesterday nothing new, asked her when they wolud be there she said and I quote..." Oh we bumped those back two weeks" I was dumbfounded. all I could utter was a confused WHA?WHY,WOUL,WHYYYY? she had no explanation. I'm assuming they just dont like selling stuff.

i think that in these situations u have to bite the bullet buy these items and return them once the restock or return to other locations. at least thats what a bunch of people on hisstank say they do to finally get new stuff in stores. just be sure to keep your reciepts.

its a risk, but i think its the only way to get something in. i figure if the do put crap in u just return the bought figs to that same location and they have to remake room and hope eventually that they do get new figs in eventually.
