Jerry Jivoin Senior, brand mannager for Marvel at hasbro actualy,
The piece is in Toyfare #138 february 2009. it's a great resd, theres alot of perspective on the line. theres a really good Q&A bit in there with alot of interesting questions and some pretty straight forward answers. it's cool to look back on it and see whats come true and what hasn't.

I managed to take my wonder woman out of the package and work her joints very carefully without breaking her

Are these available this side of the pond, lad? Or did you import them? I'm not sure what inner packaging the DC packs have but surely you could cut most of it with scisssors carefully to minimise the risk?

I sadly didn't even get the chance to do that Her arm split in three as soon as I pulled the plastic tray out of the box.

Got grundy in the bigbang, mate.arrived last week.FP have the arrow/deathstroke pack but have no idea when the grundy set will arrive.
as for the packaging?pretty much like the MU 3 packs, but with binds also.
the 2 things i like about the grundy fig is that it is highly detailed and stands taller than the large MU figs.i think that if DC correct the breakage issue, they can sure as hell steal MU's 3/75" crown.

Well, cut the plastic from behind the figure and just watch where the blades are to not scratch the paint.
I think MU is too far ahead, numbers wise for that claim to be made anytime soon lad but who knows what the future holds. Perhaps DC can create their version of solid vision and release it?

every time I look at the wonder woman in mine I know she'll break if I take her out. luckily i'm a mib collector. as far as dc taking mu's crown, they first need to make classic figures and get rid of the high prices to do that...

I dont think its a marvel vs DC issue, I've just never been really impressed by any DC figures. I love the charactures but the figs are usualy poorly articulated or really weird representations of the characture, or just generaly poor quality. this new series looks great but I'd like to see if the scale is comprable to MU.

ill leave her be for the time been, numbers means nothing, how many MU,s use the same features over and over again?i think DC has the numbers, just look at the lantern corps alone, how many characters are there?
hahaha the only way im getting a solid vision is by making a pact with the devil XD

Yeah, don't bother. The devil wants eBay prices for a solid vision. He even wants his shipping cost even tho he has it with him right there at the crossroads...

You guys kill me with your lack of acknowledgement of a secondary market. If a figure is routinely selling for $175 why would anyone take less than market value?
I had someone offer me $10 for a MOC Death's Head Archangel once and they were serious. I think it's ridiculous if someone actually thinks they will get an expensive figure like the 2 mentioned above for anything less than market value.
