Random question but anybody know what kind of T-Rex figure was used for Devil Dinosaur in the SDCC diorama? lol

i thought someone was quoted as saying it was a prototype for a scrapped MU pack, like the fing fang foom was a scrapped con exclusive

i think it was from the Jurrasic park reboot for the 20th. they were TRU exclusives if i"m not mistaken.

Me too. Though, it's not really going anywhere just getting rebranded as Avengers. We'll still get the same figs with the same level of articulation in the new line. Only really sucks for MOC collectors who like the uniformity of the Marvel Universe style packaging.

Iron Spider, Iron Fist, Black Suit Spiderman, Ultimate Spiderman, Baron Zemo, IronMan 2.0, Grey Hulk, Nova.
Those, and the 4 new figures Omega Red, X-Force Nightcrawler, Black Knight, and 1 of either Aurora or Northstar.

A comic shop I know in LA area that ordered the whole wave has only gotten Aurora in all their boxes.

BBTS has the whole wave with Aurora pictured, while EntertainmentEarth has Northstar pictured. I don't know if anyone's confirmed that you for sure you get Northstar from them yet tho.

nvm, just checked from another forum that both BBTS and EE are getting Aurora in their boxes right now.

That's me! Although I did pick up a few here and there from the movie line that had the "Comic" on the packaging...we'll see how the new re brand is.

The Foom in the display this year was actually the ML BAF not the canceled MU prototype. Pretty sure the Devil Dinosaur was just a random toy like Jurassic Park or something. They said no MU was ever considered.

I know Vonner wanted to bring a ton of stuff that they said no to. He really was the champion of this line. Without him no one is pushing for good 3.75" stuff.

I really wish leader had more articulation. but on the plus side he doesnt feel like anything is going to snap or pop off. so i guess thats where the trade off is. and the costume is actually pretty comics accurate. If i want to find out more about the character and what he does since i never kept up with the hulk comics.

I have 4 of the 5 new wave figures preordered at toywiz. waiting for them to get theirs in. I have no clue if I am getting northstar or aurora. have to hunt the other after I get mine in.(I am hoping for Northstar)

yeah, the individual prices are over my limit as to how much i pay for a figure. im willing to go up to 20 for BL and OM, but they went over that.

Yeah BBTS probably a better way and sell/trade off the extra figures out.

last i heard they were out of stock

and amazon still hasnt got their stock in for the last wave cause its still dominated by the outside sellers charging 20 a piece.

im not too worried. i had an easier time finding all of the abomb wave then i did finding alot of the avengers assemble figs. but even then i only have a short window cause stores take forever, if at all, to restock.
