I was looking through my 3.75" accessory bin and noticed there's a disturbing number of man purses...

				 | Quote: Quote: Has anyone ever had a bad Sophie's choice moment with MU? mine were picking stealth IM over flaming human torch and bullseye, I thought for sure Stealth IM would be the hot figure of the moment and bullseye and torch would peg warm. The other was picking Rulk over Blade.... twice! I still kick myself. I picked Red Hulk over Blade. If I could go back I would do it again. Blade is an ugly figure. Quote: I think a whole lot of us did. A lot of these rare and expensive figures peg warmed early. Maybe they got bought mostly by kids and weren't preserved or perhaps overstock was destroyed due to manufacturers buy out.

Nah, bro. Man-pur- er uh satchels are totally masculine and reek of pure badass. Why um, Indiana Jones he had one, and you can't say you don't like Indy or you're, uh, unpatriotic and stuff. S'just ya know, cool and stylish to carry all your personal effects in an absolutely not feminine baggy!

I consider satchels or "Mags" to be hipster fanny packs. The only people i see wearing them are people who try to be trendy. Normal people use Backpacks.

I'm not looking to disparage but unless you have archeological equipment, explosives, weapons, or the codes to the nukes there is no excuse to have a man purse/satchel/"mag"/or man-sack. But it's still cooler than a fanny pack. carrying techniques most to least manly: bare hands pockets/wallet ruck sack briefcase backpack garbage bag waist band satchel/purse fanny pack bra have your wife carry your stuff. | Quote: That's kind of funny, since I got Blade before Rulk. Yes, the toy kind of sucks (pardon the pun), but I had already decided I was eventually going to get all single-packed figures by that point. So I had planned on getting them both eventually, but I've always thought that Rulk was a silly concept (especially after hearing the big reveal) and I liked Blade better as a character. But even Rulk proved to be a little elusive after I had passed on him the first time in favor of the Daywalker. That's exactly what happened to me with regard to Vision and Mary Jane. At the time I think Rulk was still pretty new and new next to nothing about the character. I just thought the figure looked great. A red version Hulk and the color, articulation, and paint apps were great. Way better than the early stuff and my old 90's figures. That was just the moment for me where I was like "they are doing stuff like this" and it caught my eye. Man,I saw dozens of Mary Jane figures and never bought one. Saw at least 6 before I found an Iron Patriot. Didn't know what I would have done with her but the face was just way off and her clothes looked more like body paint than an actual outfit. And lack of painted sleeves on her shoulders/upper arm makes them look very bulky for someone that is supposed to have a model's frame. It boggles my mind that people are paying what they are for her right now. I guess I understand MOC collectors that feel the need to have it all.

Loving all the conversation about different means of transporting goods on one's person through the use of apparatuses of varying materials, and the names attached to said items.... proper laughed out loud guys.

I am sorry... I feel like an arse!!! The photographer STILL hasn't sent them to me. I have wip pics but was saving them for AFTER the reveal. If I don't get them by 5pm Friday.... I will just post my amateur pics!!! I am sorry... I feel like an arse!!! The photographer STILL hasn't sent them to me. I have wip pics but was saving them for AFTER the reveal. If I don't get them by 5pm Friday.... I will just post my amateur pics!!! Here is a teaser... left hand, in its number 3 "coat" of colour of 7 total coats. http://s1164.photobucket.com/user/ar...tml?sort=3&o=0 Edit... how do I make the image appear big and not as a link? I will then upload the WORK IN PROGRESS pics and just show it anyway. Trying out imgur instead of photo bucket... Teaser shot... Ok the Imgur site is MUCH easier for me to use and a lot quicker than photobucket to load... I don't have a "finished" pic of Ultron... do it tomorrow. It is 2 am here!!! Anyway, I did this back around thanksgiving day for someone on mucollectorclub. What you can't see is the glittery silver,it just looks grey. This was my FIRST comic inspired drawing.

				 | Quote: I've only seen the Aurora figure once, but the head did strike me as a bit too large. Not MODOK large, but a miniscule amount.
