I use Tron 3.75" BLACK GUARDS as specialists in our S.H.I.E.L.D. army. They look pretty good with a few subtle white bit painted and they ALL have a Nick Fury mail away jetpack and giant gun that came with that figure in the box. All that remains of the TRAGIC loss of when I accidently threw away 10 NICK FURY MAIL AWAY FIGURES that i head swaped to use as the TRU 3 pack soldiers. Did it at Christmas and was GUTTED for Blaze and myself..... that is why we now have Tron stand ins from the local Pound Shoppe bought for ÂŁ1 each.... now Im sad again.

We call them HELICARRIER TROOPS and they stand on the helicarrier (surprise) and just look cool. They each have S.H.I.E.L.D. logos on them too. We figure that if your gonna walk on the deck of a giant flying boat.... health and safety says you need a backpack that has thrust propulsion capabilities.

Man I really really really need to sort my camera issues out to start sharing our passion and joy with my fellow arkers!!!!

Oh yeah.... just got a BEN 10 car at a Charity Shop (thrift store) for ÂŁ2. It is the KEVIN LEVIN car...anyway it is PERFECT for MU and looks like a 1967ish Camero and we are gonna paint it flat black and use it with Blade!!!! Google "BEN 10 KEVIN CAR" and you will see it. I think it is pretty damn close to the car from the Wesley Snipe movies.....

Yeah, kinda works. Not exactly a '68 Charger, but close enough when painted. I would hope we see a repack or upgrade to Blade, I missed out on him.
Edit: just saw that the stupid new Ghost "Driver" (that thing doesn't deserve the good name) stole Blade's car, also hate the idea that we get another teen-hero. For every teen-hero who grows into an adult (Nova, Darkhawk, Spider-Man, etc.) five new teen-heroes pop up and feel cheap and un-wanted.

I know BMORR...I know. Worked six months putting those together. HTS wont ship to UK so PAULCATAZ and ebay helped me out. Asked and asked VORTIOUS to cast the heads and then he offered them in his store. Traded, scraped and scratched to those figures on a small budget... then all the S.H.I.E.L.D. guys and even three AVENGERS ASSEMBLE BW bodies head swapped into female agents and a choice painted Nick Fury (samuel l jackson) figure were in a carrier bag. Was wrapping toys and that somehow was overlooked and chucked away....

Silver lining.... started focusing on HYDRA more. We heart out HYDRA here in this house....we heart it a lot! Used MOONKNIGHT bodies from happyeverydaysales (1.86 shipped each)as a replacement. Already has white hands and feet and is the same buck. Pyscho Pirate and K DUB have helped me out with the TROOPER heads and side arms. Put logos on their =biceps as good as factory really. Gonna get some cast whit shoulder harnesses and I think they will be better than the TRU 3 pack figures. Also painted them with INK not paint and there are ZERO brush marks ZERO rub! Never saw that before, but I had some and tried it....worked like a champ! Just have to seal it. Plus went with black instead of comic blue...matches Maria Hill Nick Fury (now version) and the TRON guys we made into S.H.I.E.L.D. TROOPS too....fit in nice all black. As well as the MEN IN BLACK bodies for the agents in black too....look good all together.

@ En Sabah.... I remember seeing that was going to be the story a while back. So it sucks huh? Teen heros? What is this the 60's again in comics?

Apparently, the factory paint they use will kill you in liquid form, so probably best to stick with your normal mass market acrylics. lol

I've been wanting a Bob agent of hydra. I don't think any of the MU hydra figures really looked like him (like the marvel legends one) did they? The deadpool corps packaging had some graffiti saying "bob was here" so I thought we would see him, kinda like whirlwind on the SDCC helecarrier.

No figure so far could be Bob, well maybe if you pretend that he worked out and grew a pair. Bob ought be a little scrawnier than the average soldier and should have a face with fear for his life, or a naive smile.

Jason Abbadon has totally sold me on the merits of Duplicolor Vinyl and Plastic spray paint. Very effective. But as a spray paint it is only good for large areas, not detail work at this scale.

I second that... Duplicolor VP and Tamiya spray paints are awesome. The amount of detail you can get with sprays really comes down to your making technique, but they rule for base coats.

I have the first captain america movie red skull and the awesome Mu loki...he was packed in with the large scale frost giant. Perfect comic book figure. They should pack it with a cloak as part of the Infinite line.
