  • Now Wasp only has the one figure, so get her definitely.
  • I'd say you need both Yellowjacket & Ant Man, Ant Man can be used as Scott in a display with both of them. Also, a Marvel Legends Movie line Giant Man for a larger Hank.
  • The MU Wave 18 Hulk is the better version.
  • For Cap, it has to be the MI Wave 1 Cap on the Daredevil body.
  • Iron Man it's either Extremis armour or the classic armour, depending on the look you're going for.
  • With Thor, the modern Thor is the best generic Thor look.
  • I'd recommend the Orignal Avengers 3-pack as a staple of anyones collection.
  • Black Panther is the TRU Light Up base one, the others are just garbage.
  • I managed to snag the twins for cheap from a friend on here, but Quicksilver & Wonder Man will set you back a fair bit. I'd recommend the Ionic Wonder Man for a Masters of Evil look though.
  • Back Widow, Nick Fury, & Falcon are also best in the Cartoon line. If you want white Fury Sr, UKMU has his head. Stick that on a Cartoon line black Fury body.
  • With Ms Marvel, it's probably best you go Warbird costume.
  • Capt. Nash is right, get the West Coast Avengers 3-pack. Do not get the Infinite Hawkeye, that is Bullseye in disguise from the Dark Avengers line and we don't want that with our Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
  • Wolverine & Spidey will divide opinions. I'd say the the Astonishing Wolverine & Captain Britain 2-pack Spider-man.
  • Get your Daredevil and your Bullseye in the 2-pack, they're two of the best figure this line produced.
  • For Loki I'd recommend a movie figure - Sorcerer Fury or Secret Strike. The comic one is out-dated now, and the younger-looking movie Lokis are more comic accurate for recent times.
  • Get the Fantastic Four 3-pack, and a flaming Human Torch to complete that team, then you don't have to worry about costume consistency.
  • Either green Doom is fine. They're both the same anyway.
  • Don't forget the lesser Avengers - Spider-Woman, Modern Luke Cage, and any Iron Fist. Also Beast, Infinite/Showdown for Classic Avenger look, Astonishing for Secret Avengers look. For Dr Strange get the 2-pack, then you get Silver Surfer too.
  • For your bad guys, I'd say the basics you need are Zemo, Abomination, Ultron, Winter Soldier (TFA Movie line comic version), Mandarin (red is easier to find), Green Goblin, Thanos (regular release comes with both Infinity Gauntlet & regular left forearm), and Magneto. They basically cover all bases when it comes to villains. Of course there's then Mystique, Juggernaut, Enchantress, Crossbones, Doc Ock, etc. who are all eventual needs.
  • Red Skull is best in the Avengers Assemble cartoon line, some will say SDCC, ignore them.

That'll set you back over $1000, but it will be so worth it when you get them all XD
That's a great list jedirulz! I second all of these. Kamatayan I would also recoomend the comic electro and rhino. That abomination/rhino/abomb buck is great. It really depends on what characters you like as there are a ton of figures. If you live near a tjmaxx/ross/marshals u may be able to find some of the older 2 packs for cheap. Also apocalypse and archangel (regular version not death mask) are 2 of my favorites. That xfactor box set is great too, just needs a custom beast, but you could get a lot of figures fast n cheap. Same with that spiderman ultimate gift set (carnage, hobgoblin, ultimate scropion and a decent spiderman in one set).

What are the chances of us getting way bigger versions of the Wrecking Crew? Now that Hasbro has access to the Herc buck I feel like they really should. But if they could go even bigger with the bucks for the really big guys, I would really like that.

So Kamatayan has me wanting to find some of my key pieces. If you find or have a Yellow Goliath from the Giant Battles set let me know. I would really like to scratch that one off the list.

Slim to none, Hasbro is turning its back on this scale and they'd rather just re-release the preexisting figures than make upgrades to any character. That or they would just make a new version with the greatly reduced modern articulation as they are currently doing with the line.

It's too bad. While they're doing this should just start re-releasing Hill, Tigershark, and a bunch of other hard to get figures to the general public.

I'm not sure if this is a reasonable price for this set because of the place I found it, but I found the SDCC Ant-Man figure set for $140 on ToyWiz. Deluxe Action Figure 5-Pack Marvel Ant Man Hasbro Toys

Does anyone have both of these figures? I'd like to see the Sniper Bow head on the Phoenix Bow body.

when they first came out I grabbed two blue ones, assuming he was the common version, I traded him for an extra red one to open, still kicking myself.

This is the most stupid thing I've ever seen on ToyWiz. I've seen a bunch of these for 50 cents at a grocery store near my house. I'm gonna go see if I can sell things to ToyWiz. It would be hilarious if I could make money out of this.

I was all ready to pop in here and be the Negative Nancy, but En Sabah beat me to it. Well met, sir.

That being said (and I think I've stated this before), I'd love to see Thunderball, Bulldozer and Piledriver redone on the Herc or Hyperion buck. Wrecker is honestly pretty darn nice already and I don't think he needs an upgrade.

I do have both of these figures but they live in two different locations unfortunately. The S.H.I.E.L.D. gear figure is here at home while the 5-POA Sniper Bow figure lives on my desk at work. Sorry.

I was reminded today by someone that almost everything possible has already happened. That means that somewhere in the world a Hasbro employee that was given one of the employee exclusive MU figures thought it was useless so he/she gave it to a kid that opened it up, and plays with it like the little kids in Toy Story 3 at the daycare scene.

I've given up on getting Radioactive Man and just ordered a bulkier one from Vort (along with a Tigra).

Maria Hill would be great to have but truthfully I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having her.

It would be amazing. And I see no reason why they wouldn't do Hill. I mean, it won't affect a lot of people in the MU community. She was always a bonus in the Super Helicarrier set to most people in the MU community so people selling the Helicarrier won't lose money or anything.

I agree, I don't have a hill figure and I'm not in a hurry to get one. Pilksters hill head looks pretty good tho I may have to order one from him since it's painted or from kdub or Vort. Those who already have the SDCC hill will have benefitted by getting it years early tho so hopefully they rerelease but she has peg warmer potential if mass released (I'd buy her tho).

...What?

Everywhere else I have seen her featured, she looks amazingly bland, but your pics make her look good.

Btw, when did she ever wear boots? It seems odd for Hasbro to have done them since it required extra sculpting. The changing of her other clothes is understandable, though.
