Holy crap that has to be the single most useless hip articulation I've seen on a figure in a LONG time. You get better hips from a 90s-era figure than this guy. Geez.

Fortunately, 'just standing there' tends to be the norm on my shelves, but still... unfortunate. Especially given the availability of the Professor X body.
Yeah. Why DIDN'T they just use the Professor X body? We wouldn't mind...

Guys, currently there is terrible things going on the world. The people of all nations are angry and love is scarce. This thread brings a small joy, an outlet to plug into once in awhile and share my hobby with like-minded people. I guess i'm a little emotional and some of the things going on lately between us folks; well, aren't we all friends in some unspoken way? I know we don't know each other personally, some do; what a gift to find people of many nations coming together to share a hobby together.

Love you guys.
Wait...we have to SHARE?!?!?!

Nope, I would not want to live in Russia, with their ex-KGB president, failing oil-dependent economy, controlled media etc. I never said that Russia is fine or utopia even. What I tried to tell you is that even in Russia there are MU figures available and it is possible for collectors to exist over there.

You are right about Mongolia. However we are talking about Russia with its 240,000 dollar millionaire households and 88 dollar billionaires. And yes, we can agree that it is rare (compared to US), but it is possible.

...Hey Nikita is it cold
In your little corner of the world
You could roll around the globe
And never find a warmer soul to know

Oh I saw you by the wall
Ten of your tin soldiers in a row
With eyes that looked like ice on fire
The human heart a captive in the snow

Oh Nikita you will never know, anything about my home
I'll never know how good it feels to hold you
Nikita I need you so
Oh Nikita is the other side of any given line in time
Counting ten tin soldiers in a row
Oh no, Nikita you'll never know

Do you ever dream of me
Do you ever see the letters that I write
When you look up through the wire
Nikita do you count the stars at night

And if there comes a time
Guns and gates no longer hold you in
And if you're free to make a choice
Just look towards the west and find a friend

Oh Nikita you will never know, anything about my home
I'll never know how good it feels to hold you
Nikita I need you so
Oh Nikita is the other side of any given line in time
Counting ten tin soldiers in a row
Oh no, Nikita you'll never know

I used a program to convert the site into an app. I'm using it to type this right now. If anyone wants in I can send you a link.

Anyways, @mutantkind, can you shop this so that the skin matches the rest of the body?

I'll have to sign up for twitter and ask him some day. I wonder what he's doing these days. Vonner > Stall

Love you guys.
I know this is a thread about toys, but maybe the maturity level can be upped a little bit. I love this thread and the diverse nature of the people who are on here. I think we are all better than some of the name calling and meanness on here. Let's all do our best to play nice.
Also I did some traveling this summer around the U.S. and stayed in Baltimore for a few weeks, in May and later in August and September. It seemed like every day someone was shot, stabbed, or bludgeoned to death in the city... You can imagine how unsettled I was when some guy on the D.C. subway got right behind me and the Mrs. and whipped out his... man pistol. The probable genocide in Syria and with the world economies all wonky/unstable, I hope we are not in for another major conflict. I've read some things recently that think with history repeating itself we may be in for another global war. I hope they are wrong. Anyways I am way off topic.

Now that I FINALLY have my Emma Frost.. there is one piece of unfinished business from what we were promised... best samson impression here.. where is my friggin bastich Skurge!

hey man don't get to down, the oldest known human remains we've found were those of a murder victim, bludgeoned with a rock as I recall. the world has been crazy since humans came around. now there is more of us, so there is more crazy. people disagree, people get butt hurt, people misunderstand, It's not a maturity thing, if you make a statement stand by it! don't pander to someone's feelings when there is truth to be told.

Kostej, I wasn't calling you a commie at all man, your the one that jumped down my throat at the suggestion that Russia is probably not the best place to sell pop culture merchandise, I very clearly stated Russia several times, RUSSIA not you, now that said if you'd like to defend Russia's greatness I'll gladly debate you all day. My grandmother had to flee her home in the early 50's because of those glorious social engineers, so I have enough perspective on the communist machine to know it's not quite as dismantled as we'd like to think.

back to the topic... has anyone seen anything at retail past the Bishop wave?

We've had a healthy circulation of them where I am in the UK. If anyone here needs a Vulture, Shanna, Doc Ock, or anyone from this wave just ask.

He did not jump down your throat he simply called you rude. And then when you tried to say you were right, he informed you that you were wrong.

As for myself, I simply called you out for being a smartass and getting shown up when you were trying to sound like an authority on the subject. I showed you about as much class and respect as you showed Kostej. Fair enough?

I'm all for being nice and pleasant but I will never regret or apologize for dealing with people in the same manner as they choose to express themselves.

I think that sums it up for me on this subject, if you all should feel the need to pile on me to defend your forum buddy I have no qualms with that and will just let it go.

Back to toys! Where the hell is my Emma wave?!

Ya. Someone on eBay hooked me up with the X-Men Origins Deadpool weapons. I bought Deadpool loose from a comic store without his other accessories like the guns, and the sai. I was a kid back then, so $40 for a Deadpool seemed like a good price xD Luckily, my dad knocked it down to $30.

How the hell do you determine if a Deadpool is legit. He's probably the most bootlegged 3.75" figure out there.

Mine has all the Hasbro 2008 copyright stuff under his foot.

Why do you care? Unless it's an obvious Bootleg, surely it doesn't matter. I got a Bootleg Legends BAF Red Hulk for less than $19; he's no worse quality than the Legends figure.
Now $30 is more than he's worth, especially if it's a Bootleg, and incomplete loose with that, so you were had there.

well you seem to me, now mind you I may be wrong, to be someone who just wants to call me out, that's fine I am a smart ass, I'd rather be a smart ass than a dumb pussy personally. from what I've seen you have no class, just an opinion and there like assholes my friend. I don't need anyone to "defend" me I'm an American, were not whinny wimps that back off because some random jerk off thinks were being "rude" with our opinion. and as far as "getting back to toys" you've never made a toy related post in this forum. at least not under this name. so sure lets get to it, show us some pics Truebelief80! or just keep trolling, your call.

Some people are fine with it and some aren't. It's a bit of both with me. There are some figures I have that I wouldn't mind being bootlegs. But with some it matters a ton for me.

We know you Americans don't back off, that's why we've had wars in Middle East for the last 25 years. Maybe it's time you did.

And as far as him having class, you've shown none with your comments.
