Looks nice but I still hate it when they just paint the black weblines on a Spider-Man figure. It always looks wrong to me for some reason and most of the time they all come out sloppy.

I know a possible fix for that. You may or may not lose the shoulder hinge if you're not careful, but most of the articulation is retained. I can give a small tutorial in a second if you're interested.

What would be the best way to repaint Ghost Rider's head? I've seen a lot of people redo the skull white and the fire a clear blue. Do you have to get it cast in the clear blue? Is there a way to repaint the flames blue but they're still translucent?

That's something I've wanted to do for a while but can't figure out how.

Usually for a part to be translucent it would have to be cast that colour and paint details or other colours on to it. I quite confident there is no way to paint something to look translucent.

You could paint it clear blue but since it is already orange it may turn out more purple.
