I see HASBRO has released pics of the GI JOE set. Maybe it's old news, but I just saw it. The set is kind of shitty but it exists at least..... where's ours?

Seems this year SDCC for figures seems to be kind of a disappointment nothing really stands out. Heck Hasbro hasn't even revealed much either.

New slogan..... "HASBRO - looking out for the little man." Followed by a video promo that goes like this. "Here at HASBRO we respect and appreciate the 3.75" collector so much. That is why we are committed to saving them so much money. For years we bled them dry with sub par toy lines. Now more than ever, family matters. So why not spend that money and time with your family. No longer do you need to scour the internet, spend time on forums, or F4 endlessly post COMIC CON. So here's to you, the the collectors of the mother scale. You carried us for years, so now have a rest." I picture it opening with a close up of an eagle and fades to Lord Stall, wearing a flannel checked shirt, walking on a summer mountain butte in Alaska on crisp, warm and green day as he speaks to the camera. Ends with a pan to an American flag waving and cue Lee Greenwood singing Proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free....... end promo.

Thanks for the update, Kernel, that is more good news. I was starting to fear that the MvC series was limited to just IronMan vs MegaMan. Hopefully, Hasbro will reveal more at San Diego.

That's cool but I hope they branch out a little more. Seriously there aren't enough Devil May Cry figures in this world.

"they should be making these in 6" not 3.75" if I'm not mistaken there are already some Street Fighter figures that are 6 inches already I think they should be out by the time SDCC is going on. |

Just a quick check in. Good to see you guys excited about something coming down the pike. Looking forward to the new Enchantress myself. Hopefully it will save me from having to make one. Nice collection pics, Pilkster. I'll give them a better look when I have more time. Quick question though, why do a bunch of your figs on display not have heads??? I've started reading the "Spider-Island" story and it really kind of sucks. I got through 6 issues in the reading order then skipped straight to the final two issues because its a boring slog. I'll finish the rest eventually but it's not a good story so far. Quote: Nice Drax! Good job. |

Excellent, thank you chaps. Mordi... I have the same issue with comics sometimes, I just plough through them though (good story or not). It's nice to know you have the full picture with things. However... crossovers... don't get me started with those. I know minimal amounts about many stories that I couldn't even try to put together. All due to crossovers. |
