Edit: just saw your post Pilk.... what are you referring to? Which pic, i didn't use an optic blast. I do know however, that the red plastic ruler thing they use in WARHAMMER type games fits Cyclops perfectly! They used one at the SDCC 2012 HASBRO MU diorama coming out of the Goldtron.

I am entirely new to the 3.75 inch scale after being almost exclusively 6-7 inch for years. So far I am pretty happy with things. I am seeing some really awesome customs and information posted around here and it's really helpful. I just started working on a custom Image Invincible figure from a MU Havok myself.

Random question - Would Mavel Universe heads/be at all compatible with DC Infinite heroes figures? I am somewhat afraid to try popping things off my one or two DC Infinite heroes figures as they seem a bit brittle compared to the MU figures.

Follow up random thing - I have a listing of 75 or so Marvel Universe figures I put up on eBay and thought I might share that info with folks here in case anyone was looking for things.

That could work as a start or maybe just half decently on its own. The arena part I'd imagine would be fine but the spectator balcony area would need to be touched up a good amount.

So I kind of forgot that these comic packs were ever released because no stores in my area stopped getting any past the first set but then I went in to a Tuesday Morning store and found these there for some reason. I picked up both sets at the low price so now I can have the Guardians as they were in their own series and the proto team from Annihilation: Conquest, plus another Gamora. The Groot is the only really new figure from this score for me but it is nice to actually have a Groot that was made for this scale and in the team uniform too. Besides his accent colors being white instead of red I also opted to give Rocket Gamora's pistol (which he holds pretty well) to further line up with the Conquest vibe. Star-Lord looks so strange to me with the white colors just because of how used I am to looking up at my shelf and seeing the red one but I like it and then that they actually colored his boots properly this time is a nice little touch, though I do prefer the red over the white on him. Gamora is kind of the extra bonus that I didn't really want but had to get for Star-Lord. I think I prefer the slightly darker colors seen on the individual release's head but then it is nice that they actually bothered to give her white armor a pearl like sheen on this version so it actually looks more like armor and not just flat white plastic, this is something I really think they should have done with the original in the first place. I am still annoyed that they gave us this Gamora that doesn't even go with any of the other Guardians thanks to the costume choice but it's better than no Gamora.

welcome aboard the pirate ship, TyranRoss! any scale is a nice fit to the 3.75 universe, but might never be the other way round!

an easy point to take note on head swaps would be whether they come from the same company.
