or just find a binder that is not glued. They do exist. The cardboard is also useful for building dioramas.

Or course they do. I just use what's on hand. Besides, the cardboard that comes off with the vinyl also provides some rigidity and stability to the design. That's important because it will keep the edges from curling once you put on paint. Anyway, as I keep saying, trial and error. Find out what works for what you're trying to do.

Maaaan, the amount of detail and pieces you added to MOJO is spectacular.

Nice mods on Longshot. Can't wait to see Spiral when she's done, i like the fur on the boots, nice touch Creator!

Brings back memories of the Outback X-Men and the animated series! BTW your camera works great.

Sender my friend, thank you bro, and mojo was a hole lot of fun. The leg modds alone to me are awesome for poseability. Dude I can kick out a tone of customs but the harder to make the better. No paint rub and you get total playability. Probably better than the original. Bro thanks for noticing and spiral will be sweet. Just give me a little time.

If anyone was looking for marvel 3.75'' try Toys R Us during their liquidation sale.

They've got the prices down to 7.19-7.99 on single carded and the GOTG pack is down to 26.99-29.99 now. Though selection may vary store to store. I got Living Laser, Hydro-man, and the GOTG since I hadn't picked them up yet.

They've also got the military off-brand exo-suit figures that are a TRU exclusive, but those are only 6.99 and not marked down to below 6$ yet. Do plan on picking some of those up later if they don't move and get cheaper.

Didn't check the cinematic 2 packs since they didn't have any I'm looking for. But those may be marked down now too. Locally it looks like 10% on action figures for now, with cheaper coming as they need items to move over time, but check the price that %off is going to. Cause they slashed prices there too.

If anyone's interested Target has both the Thor 2 pack and the Mega Man/Iron Man pack on sale for $10 each. I grabbed them as even though I have moved on I wanted Skurge and Mega Man.

*Welp* Thank god for the TRU liquidation sale. Hydro-man's arm broke clean off when trying to move it to it's side. Stuck joint syndrom strikes again. So will have to pick up a new one of him tomorrow and the previous is now going to the custom bin as extra parts.

I kind of see why Hasbro started moving to the new body standard now. Had much less issues without that bicep swivel. Granted I've only got two figures that actually broke like that, but my Miles Morales Spidey suffers from it too.

Do gotta admit build quality and durability definitely went up when they switched to the new standard. So it's really only Wrist swivel that we need back. GI Joe definitely had the right idea with doing the swivel elbows instead of swivel bicep.

Thanks for the tip! Will have to be more careful with bicep swivel types from now on!

But it's definitely something to address on the future of Marvel 3.75'' figures. For something that should be a kids toy that's ready to play with right out of the package, this shouldn't be as much of a re-occurring issue as it is. Especially now that they've gotten so much pricier compared to where they started at. It was one thing when they were still under 10usd to buy a new one, at these 12-15 USD price points, issues like this should be addressed from a design standpoint to prevent.

On the plus side though, I'll have an extra water effect for Hydro-man now.

Nice new customs, LM. I have absolutely no idea who Venus is. What can she do?

That always sucks, but on the plus side that Hydro-Man can be used for all kinds of customs. The head is very versatile.

Never had that much of an issue with the bicep swivel. Only ever broke on me once, and I was able to somewhat repair the joint with a safety pin, so no loss there(well, besides the shoulder hinge, but to be fair, I was working with the Ultimate Spider-man). Also, I hate the new swivel joints on a sculpting level. It doesn't flow as naturally as the bicep swivel.

That’s just a few of the easier repainted I can think of off the top of my head without even considering figures that would take some new tooling like 90’s X Force team members, Bloodaxe, Avengers Next characters and so many others.

Great list of easy repaints. Do post some pics. I especially like a Quicksilver repaint (he was hard to find). A retro green/white and gold is cool, too.
