Sometimes I really dislike you guys for using rare/expensive figures (to me anyway) as custom fodder/bases. But they're your figures, I'd probably repaint some of mine if I get the time.

I usually try to keep an original of each figure in my collection and limit how much I will spend on a figure for customizing.

Hey to the new faces. Now post some stuff...

No time to go through pages, but nice custom work guys. Can see marked improvement in a lot of works. As with just about anything in life, practice makes you better and patience is key. You can always talk yourself out of an attempt, but you'll never know what you can do until you try. And that's your inspirational meme for the day.

All (3) are true statements. Nobody is the perfect customizer, and we all have a vision of our own. When it comes to what figures to use for customs it doesn't matter to me as long as the parts fit. The one thing that I have found out about the marvel universe figs.is that it makes customs limitless by way of putting the right parts together. I remember when I would buy doubles of figs just to have one to keep. Present day I have almost re-mastered my complete original mu figs.
Now that's inspiration....
