What other characters can make Kenner inspired cases to help sell 3.75 figures? Hence teach a new generation of kids how to "collect them all." A different store can help fund a different character (in return for being a store exclusive or repaint). New characters can be made (very economically) by switching the front shell for a new character. (The inner egg crate plus rear portion can be economically reused).

I've noticed this bagged 3.75 black panther showing up, previously I've only seen the Retro figures in this style, it seems to be of the same type though. Any ideas?

That is one of the Walgreens figures. Made by a Vietnamese company that makes the larger 6" boxed figures that have been out for years now at dollar stores.
