No. Just HELL NO.
They look like pure crap and you can easily have the excellent Marvel Universe version cheaper.
Marvel Universe actually made THREE excellent versions!
Don't tell Hasbro that we'll accept crap.
Opinions vary.

Whether the Retro 3.75 sells (or even fails) perhaps "The Vintage Collection" 3.75 by Marvel can work. Retro 3.75 + TVC 3.75 works well for Star Wars. It can - indeed - will work for Marvel. If the 5 inch line, 6 inch bendie, or others goes by way of the Mashers; then resources should go to more articulation for classic 3.75 figures (Retro or TVC). Marvel Universe 3.75 by Dave Vonner was not all perfect. He improved it with collector input. Likewise herein, there's positive potential to improve.

Speaking of Star Wars Retro 3.75 / TVC 3.75...

Imagine the awesomeness of a HasLab 3.75 toy by Marvel!!!

A lot of people miss the retro point of the retro style. There are people who still like the Secret Wars style figures. Fresh Monkey Fiction has successfully revived it with public domain characters that are selling well enough that they are now looking at female characters for their line, something we never got from Mattel.

^^^ Retro is surely a well liked style. I hope it sells well enough to help bring back the MU / TVC style as well. Thanks to Super 7 the 3.75 inch scale as a whole is making a comeback.

I am looking for the new Doom 6" figure just because he has the Nullifier, Darkhold and Book of The Vashanti and they're all perfect for 1:18
I guess I'll just give the figure away...

Also, thank you for giving Ben his stogie! I get why Marvel decided to never show their characters smoking...but it's kinda dumb too.
Kids are impressionable, but if Wolverine can be shown chopping off limbs, I don't think the cigar makes a difference.

Thanks bro the head is from Toy Biz The Fantastic four just simply modded to fit. If you check out my work notice that I can't sculpt with like putty or whatever but make major mods. I paid $30 bucks to cut it up for the head ,hands, and feet. I like to articulate did you see what I did to Lady death.

No pun but so hard to go back to 5 POA after having the original Super poseable Marvel universe figures. As a kid I would have loved to have these but to each its own.

You would have loved the Uncle Duke (Doonesbury ) action figure from several years ago. Came with an uzi and a martini glass.

I like both. To me, it is the difference between sculpt detail and articulation.
