I just made a Custom MCU Batroc and Crossbones for my sons mcu villain lineup with a Ghost on the way. I'd like to make a Zemo, any ideas on a good headscuplt for his purple mask?

^^^Awesome customs. If they finally release NM in 5poa / 7poa, Hasbro can hopefully afford more accurate heights. As seen in Roberto + Rahne, their heights accurately flow with Marvel's portrayal, of a School for Gifted Youngsters. Sam can be an exception, for using a past / already made figure / adult buck. He's a tall exception due to maybe being an older kid...

Another sample on heights. Cypher is not the same height obviously as Sam Guthrie. Nor is he the same height as some of the older girls...

There are quite a few that would work in the modern Joe lines if you're willing to paint. I'd say the most readily/cheaply available knit balaclava option would be the POC/50th Steel Brigade.

If you're not super concerned about the knit texture, your options open up considerably. RET/50th Night Vipers (I'd argue that they're better, because there are two individual eye cut outs , as opposed to a single opening), most modern Firefly figures, most 25th "classic appearance" Storm Shadows and even a few ROC versions.

Got any pics of Batroc? Think I've found the perfect head but struggling for a body. Got a Falcon Cap and Bucky on the go and I solved the Zemo head problem by sculpting over a Boss Fight Male blank head.

Thanks for the Hulkbuster suggestions. I was also wondering if its actual 6 inches or scaled to 6 inches. A pic would be awesome for comparison.

That Zemo looks awesome. Your customs look way better than mine lol but fyi I used ROC Duke for Batroc. You could probably sand down his hair to make it more accurate, for me... I'm good.
