That's a pretty good Paul Rudd likeness, but it's eeeever so slightly off. It looks more like Ben Affleck and Adam Scott (from Parks and Rec) had a kid.

Yeeeeah...think I prefer his first suit. Figure's nice and all but the more I'm seeing this new one the less I'm liking it.

If it looks more like so and so than Rudd then it's not a good likeness actually.
It's an excellent sculpt for sure, just doesn't look like who it's supposed to...more like a Scott Wolf/Ben Affleck mash up to me.

I wonder how many suits this character will have maybe 3 in total
either way it would be cool if they did a deluxe version of him shrinking down to a smaller size or go Hot toys scale, Marvel Select , Marvel Legends, Marvel universe .... individual might be cheaper XD

All three of those guys look pretty much alike, so yeah, it can still be a little off yet good.

Funny thing is, this figure can be in scale with pretty much any other size action figure from this movie due to the character's powers. This might be the only Hot Toys figure that can do that.

I prefer the look of the first ant man figure myself. I do agree that the head sculpt looks like Afleck.
