They are actually molded to lock into place, so line up the nooks and crannies and you should be good.

I actually had to heat the holes up on mine as I couldn't get them to "lock" on without getting it a little softer with the heat.

It seems that the legs fit in either hole. I just don't want to have a Groot with backwards feet

It's not the skin color that bothers me, it's her facial features. I have seen a couple Photoshop mockups since she was announced, and she just doesn't look the part.

The lower leg with the notable spiky part at the top is his right. What I did to test this was I bent the knee joint all the way and saw how the legs fit into place before committing to anything, when fully straightened each leg uniquely fits together. They were pretty easy for me to pop in so I imagine if you get them switched it shouldn't be hard to correct.

Jealous doesn't even begin to explain how I feel. I grossly overpaid for mine at a local comic shop. I need to learn some patience.

The irony is I wasn't even looking for her, I was looking for triggerhappy, which I didn't find, so when I saw her at 40% off i took it. When I got the news about my reward points being able to be used.....I squeed!

I broke down and bought Groot on Amazon, for $30 with express shipping and tax and everything. I think I got frustrated because I went on TRU website, and it says it was available for shipping (none in my area still) so I added to cart, by the time i put in my address and card, the stock was sold. I basically said to hell with it and just went for the slightly more expensive option so I don't deal with the frustration. I look forward to getting it next Wednesday.

Nice score man. I always regret passing on those Quicksilvers. Hopefully hasbro comes out with new and improved ones. That Blob is perfect.

IMO, the outfit looks extremely close to comic accurate, though I agree with the hair. I think the hair looking "off" is possibly due to the photoshoping done for the cover. Though apparently from an interview with Cate, it was confirmed that Hela would have the headdress in parts of the film, so that could better complete the look.

Regarding MCU Thor figures, we do know there's a two-pack that will coincide with the Thor wave. One of those is bound to be MCU Thor, but I think Hela or Valkyrie both have great shots of being included.

Those pieces are so cool and fit naturally with Polaris. Looking forward to finding her myself.

I have no qualms with her casting, but as a Valkyrie her outfit and design looks really bland on that cover. From a visual perspective, my eyes went directly to Hela and Thor.

THANK YOU BRICK SEEK! Saw that a Target store a few towns over had more X-Men in stock. I called and they had one Cyclops so they held him for me.

I think Blanchett as Hela is BRILLIANT casting and I love the look they're going with. I agree the headdress will be around as noted in the interview and will complete the look. I can't think of a better actress who can competently and convincingly portray austere, regal and cold/distant when needed. Of course she does other roles and personas too but she handles it so well.

I hope we get an MCU figure of her. Also I hope the Thor movie figure is of the new look. And like others, I'm fine with Tessa Thompson being Valkyrie (or a Valkyrie), but the look is somewhat bland.

Yeah, the outfit is definitely my main problem with regards to Valkyrie. Hopefully she gets to wear something else more distinctive at some point during the movie.

The Target I normally go to and the one I was at today had moved some of the X-Men figures to the end caps along side the GOTG Vol. 2 figures. But I called since there isn't a Target near me (no sense wasting gas). The first Target I called kept disconnecting me. I was able to talk to someone at the second store I called and they had one left.

From my experience, the scalpers work at Toy R Us and Walmart...Recently, Walgreens has been my go to store for the last 2 years...Happy hunting, folks, and wish me luck finding the new X-Wave...

That really sucks, they shouldn't allow those people to work at the stores. My TRU would not tolerate that crap.

I wish my Walgreens was worth a grain of salt, they have no selection. May have to venture to one in a neighboring city.

Good luck with the X-Wave, I will need that luck too...

Killer poses, Symbi! Seriously...your static game is advanced. Nice soft mod as well. I might do that if I get that Starlord, but once I found out I didn't need it to build Titus, it was an easy pass. However, your improvement has me rethinking the matter...
I fully agree. I also find it amusing how so many of us cut off or considered cutting off the bottom half of the old figure and now some of us have moved it to the new figure.
