I think several of those might just be codenames for different figures (Leopard and Siberian Tiger especially).

Gotcha, that makes sense. You did say you might do that. Congratulations! I was so surprised by your comment I forgot to say that at first! I will just bide my time until 8/14 and see what happens.

Unrelated: Modifying my X-men wave guess since we know it's 7 figures now:

Psylocke, Storm, Nightcrawler, Apocalypse - I'm betting nearly 100% we're getting all four of these.

The remaining three slots: either Moonstar and Madrox for one, possibly both but more than likely just one. Hasbro has molds for both and that would fill the slot for a brand new never done character. However they could do both and that gives us 1 slot left out of 7

The remaining one or two slots: picking from Beast, Gambit, Mister Sinister and classic Mystique. IF we get the three ladies above then not Mystique, but otherwise I think it's possible. I think more likely to Beast or Gambit, but could be both if we only get one of the two from the above paragraph.

BAF: Sauron. UNLESS we don't get a single card Apocalypse for some reason, and he's the BAF, I think Sauron is a shoe-in for BAF.

Wanted to add, I think the remaining 3 of what's above, Professor X, Bishop and classic Angel will likely be in 2019 wave, along with some other new character, but I know that's a ways off. Just thoughts I am having. Nothing gets me going like thinking about future X-Men product.

So what figs exactly in this set are elsewhere?
I see the Jane Foster Thor and "regular" Thor...are they just repaints of what's coming in the RagRok wave?

The other 3 are exclusive to the SDCC set? (For now)

Just wanna be clear before I think about dropping some $ on it...

Jane Foster is the same as one in the Gladiator Hulk wave with a repainted hammer. Odinson is a retooled version of the Odinson from the same wave. Malekith, Ulik and Bor are all exclusives.

It's the same basic figure but with a different headsculpt and uru arm. And no shirt. Because he's sexier that way.

Gladiator Hulk wave version

SDCC exclusive

I'm going to have to track down to San Diego box set. However, I think it retails for $100 so I'm going to try to wait and get it off Hasbro toy shop. I don't want to pay double that on eBay. As for the figures they have shown so far, I'm on board with just about all of them. The Cable looks great, Domino looks great, the classic Deadpool looks OK, and Black Widow with the bike is fantastic! The venom version of Deadpool doesn't really do anything for me. I can't wait to hear about the announcements that come at tomorrow's presentation.

Yeah, what Hasbro said. Jane's Mjolnir is translucent (an effect to make it seem 'charged with lightning,' no doubt) in the SDCC set. I knew that I had to get the set when I saw Malekith and Bor. I suspect Ulik will get a reissue given that some casual fans are aware of the character. Honestly, you might want to wait...unless you're a diehard Thor fan.

Are you talking about the stitching? I don't see anything wrong with it. It looks perfectly fine.

Another Namor and Iron Man? Why? And why is Black Bolt in this line? Just because Black is in his name does not make him a black dude. Regardless, I may need a Black Bolt figure to go with my Fantastic Four guys, so I may end up picking him up if he is the classic comic version and not that shitty TV show looking one that looks like he has to poop really badly.

Is everyone upset about the rumored BP wave cuz it's not movie based and instead will feature comic versions? If the Black Bolt is the SDCC version that came out a couple of yrs ago, great, I want it. If Ironman is gonna be a Bronze age classic yellow/Red version, great, loooooong over due. I for one could give a rats butt about getting a bald Michonne action figure. Classic Klaw needs to be re-done on the Sunfire buck as the tiny crapfest that came out a few yrs ago is atrocious.

Fact is, Black Panther does not have a plethora of rogues villains in his history such as Cap, Ironman & Thor do. I can think of 2-3 BP villians & that's it. It's pretty absurd to me that a guy that is one of the top 10 hand to hand combatants on the planet & wears a Vibranium weave costume that can absorb bullets /explosions, etc, would need a couple of female bodyguards.

Black Bolt & Namor are kings, don't see them with personal bodyguards.

For all you MCU collectors of actors as action figures, enjoy. But don't bash those of us that just want action figures of Marvel universe 616 characters. I really wish that Hasbro goes all out with this "Vintage " line and gives us classic Marvel comics fan our classic versions of our favorite characters & they keep giving you MCU fans more figures of RDJ, Kurt Russel & Jeff Goldblum.

I would be perfectly fine if they took all the characters from the movie and gave us comic versions, to be honest. I'm upset because they will have taken something that is a milestone in the importance of a black superhero, and given us that superhero and a bunch of white superheros/villains in with the line, when they have other choices to pull from.

Imagine if the wonder woman line had had wonder woman, batman, superman, flash, green lantern and steven trevor instead of what the film was being forward marketed as? Why bother calling it the wonder woman line at all?

If this line up is true it's not a black panther wave to me, it's an illuminati wave instead.

It's not about "MCU vs Comics". It's about representation. The first superhero movie with nearly an all-black cast gets a wave with mostly white characters.

It's like having a Avengers wave with mostly X-Men characters.
