With the way they shown in the panel, together and not separated like the Black Panther figure on the same slide, I'm thinking maybe a two-pack. ??? It would make sense with it being a hero vs. villain assortment. Also, there weren't any other two-packs mentioned in the panel, and this year alone we've been slammed with back-to-back two-pack assortments.

Two pack was mentioned. It was the Hydra two-Pack Toys R Us Exclusive.

Damn, that's a TRU exclusive. I was considering getting but it's likely I'll pass given how the TRU up here has been. I'm not going to any lengths for it.

Thanks for that info though!

Sif, Borr, Thor (JF), and DD looks interesting enough, will wait to reviews, but these are my most wanted from the box, and many other ML fans, too!

Yeah, the ones near me are horrible too.

Closet ones near me are both an hour away in opposites directions lol. They hardly ever have anything worth venturing out that far for.

I had to watch Toys R Us site like a hawk waiting to get the Spider-Man/Mary Jane and Cyclops/Phoenix Two-Packs.

Everything that's been a TRU exclusive this year I've had to go through online. There's a member here who is in a town about an hour from me that apparently has a good inventory manager or something, or they get both theirs and my local one's stuff...but it's too far to deal with given the traffic set up involved.

Fortunately I've been patient and gotten the sets online as you have, but if it ends up being something that's a "maybe" like this set is...I can see me passing on it.

Guys can we get back on track here?? Let's not start knocking people based on their political affliation or of whom they voted for....

Those types of conversations get dirty real quick.

Anyways back to toys. Has anyone received their man-thing wave yet from dorkside? Im still awaiting man-thing here.

Anyone here who snagged the A-Force set, and who also has the earlier Hasbro She-hulk want to do me a HUGE favor and post comparison pics of the two She-Hulks ?

I'm still undecided about whether or not she's enough of an upgrade to worry about adding her to my collection.

Not quite yet, I just got the shipment notice though so it should be in the next few days.

Something I didn't mentioned b/c I failed to notice it until I did a side by side look, that Lady Loki figure is extremely short! I expect Shulkie to tower over everyone and Singularity to be smaller, but LL I think may be on the same basic buck or hell even a teenage bulk like Silk. I think the actual sculpt works really well but the size of the bulk is sort of mind boggling.....or on second thought, since Sif ws the one I was comparing to..maybe sif is also just taller? Loki, Dark Phoenix and Monica seem to be about the same height.

So confused.

The ice parts are detachable though, but yah... I guess his ice head has spikey hair instead of the normal round ice head... close enough for me though... too bad he didn't come with an alternate head. I'm just glad he uses the mold with the butterfly joints, so he can make crazy ice surfing poses and stuff.

Thanks to the 90's cartoon I have two default versions of X-men Jean Grey... pony tail or comic hair... either one is fine for me.

Very strange, deep, and intellectual thought I had...

With all the 2 per case Daredevils and Puinshers there are countless Man Thing heads and arms that will NEVER serve any purpose. In the impossible scenario that every single Man Thing is built we'd have a truckload of worthless unusable parts.

Just a thought

Do you have Enchantress? How does she compare with Lady Loki? Looking at the promotional pieces from the A-force set, I guesstimated that they re-used the Rogue buck (w/ different upper arms, hands, etc.) for Loki, here. Is that accurate?

Enchantress is boxed away. Everything is boxed away except for the A-Force set and DP set. But I think my thoughts on LL were more because Sif is taller than I realized. I think Sif may be on the Rogue bulk but I could be wrong. She Hulks is much taller than Sif. LL, Monica, Elsa (and DP) appear to be the same height though not all the same bulk, Singularity appears slightly shorter than that.

I really wish Lizard came with a more Classic looking face.

Don't get me wrong though, I like that face but I also like the classic look.

Okay, gotcha. Yeah, I'm thinking that height comes from Sif being on the Angela base body (w/ clothed upper torso). Angela was a pretty tall figure, and that fits with both characters being Asgardian. Slightly disappointing that Lady Loki is dwarfed by Sif, as to my recollection the female form that Loki took was Sif's.

EDIT: In regards to the A-force set, I did snag a pretty cheap Elsa Bloodstone off Ebay.

Nah, I love the face. They killed it. They are doing great. Some of the figures at SDCC are the best ever.

I hate the reuse of Silks face for Songbird. Just paint the hair red. All the red heads look the same to me now.

It bothers me that Namor looks like bearded Spidey. Hasbro needs to do better with individual face sculpts.
