Found a 3rd Black Widow at retail today, so I now have 2 for trade along with a Spider-Girl for trade. PM me if interested.

I saw the Spider-Woman yesterday at TRU...and PASSED on her. If it was Jessica Drew, I may have spent $23 for her, but $23 for a 6" MASS PRODUCED doll is just too much. Reminds me of the She-Ra dolls from MOTUC.

Yeah, TRU is a ripoff with their pricing, but "MASS PRODUCED" applies to almost everything discussed on Ark, so I'm not sure how it's a bad thing? Not trolling, but I'm confused on that call out.

I don't see Spider-Girl peg warming TOO LONG but in the long run they'll be easy to find for less than retail. They've been on Amazon for 21.99 for about 2 weeks now and not selling out. Same with Toxin. I see them here and there but you know resellers will buy them to try and sell at $40 and return them in a month.

Personally, the only reason I've picked up multiple Spider-Girl figures is because she makes EXCELLENT custom fodder; perfect size for teenaged characters, and you can use her lower legs to update the other Hasbro female body with a calf swivel and rocker ankle:
Quick Chick Customs - Black Widow & X-23 Custom Action Figure

or if you get jubilee's head, just use nail polish remover and take off her spider emblem.

Versus MARVEL SELECT or DCD, the stuff that isn't as widely available, and focused on your local comic book shop.
also, VS MOTUC.

I passed on her AGAIN, for $20 at Wal-Mart.
I just don't think this doll is that special.

I guess I'm just confused because you seem to be using "mass produced" and "widely available" interchangeably... they're not the same thing, but I think I know what you're trying to say. Proceed with your doll collecting, good sir.

Good looking out. Now I'll need more Spidey-Girls...

I have about 6 Mcfarlanes, 2 black Hasbro Mcfarlanes, 3 Fearsome, 4 Sinisters, and 4 Super strength a few others sprinkled here and there.

Above is what I consider the best of the best. It's all preference. Funny thing the least articulated of the bunch (Super Strength) is my favorite.

A few I have customed painted. I find the Mcfarlane lose their colours the fastest around the crotch and butt regions. I guess that is where your hands are more prone to grab. I cannot believe I said that previous sentence. THe Fearsome foes although the same body, has the better paint job.

THe best part is all seems to have some type of finger articulation. The changing of hands are fine for the ASM2 figure, no no open hand is a major bummer.

It's great that I don't have to do anything in this situation besides allowing you to continue self-destructing with each post. Carry on.

I know there was no ML Falcon from the CA Movie, but are there ANY rumors of that there is one in the future, afterall? I know someone said there is a remote possibility of one in the NEXT Avengers movie wave...but that's a long ways away.

Again, whatever. I don't understand your crass behavior.
Do not attempt to create a flame war.
We're not here to sniff your Testosterone, we are here to discuss action figures.
Stop being so rude.
"Proceed with your doll collecting, good sir." was uncalled for.

If you refer to an action figure as a doll on 3 separate occasions in the recent past then disclose that you indeed own\purchase action figures, then by your own definition, you sir are a "doll collector"... Lol
And here I was thinking I was respecting your terminology... But, "crass" is fine too I suppose. =) ggs.

Wow, how much would 3 Mandroids cost? That's pretty Awesome...did you buy the figures 3 times? If you don't need that Black Widow, I know a great home for her.

Do not pretend to be so thick, that has nothing to do with it, we all collect dolls here. I'm ignoring further slander from you.

Enough with the back and forth bickering guys. Seriously. If it continues, I will be forced to remove people from the thread. Drop it and move on.

I was lucky to snag 2 Black Widows for retail and got another torso in a trade. The rest of the heads, arms & legs I patiently traded other BAF parts with.

I'm going to keep this Widow and turn it into a custom Domino figure if I can't find a Mystique body from series 3 soon. http://www.toyreviewdaily.com/wp-con...6525161176.jpg

I want the 2 pack with Domino & Cannonball but it costs a lot of money and her outfit with that figure is outdated.
