After waiting for 20 minutes and nearly overheating, an employee I'm friendly with arrived and then poked his head out and said they didn't get any in today

Disappointing but it was really nice of him to tell me. He said he didn't want me to be waiting out there not knowing.

Oh well, maybe next week...

Here is the Dpci code 087-06-9264 you can check targets. If it shows a full case then I bet they have her

Thanks man. Says one near me has 4 in stock, but "saleable quantity is 0". Is that a new thing they added to brickseek? I haven't used it in a while, but I don't remember that being on there.

It just wasn't meant to be. I went out and bought the Hot Toys Black Panther instead...like I needed a real reason. LOL. Same situation happen with the MCU Scarlet Witch, but in reverse. I ordered her from eBay, since she was the only MCU figure in the wave. I've only seen here once in retail, and that was at a Barnes and Noble about 3-4 months ago.

Yeah it's a 50/50 shot. It either has 4 or 0. I don't know why it's like that either. Here is Hela's UPC 630509526406 you can check Failmart or look for her specifically

Haha! Same man if I could I would have the Entire MCU in Hot Toys form I would start with my Favorite two first Black Widow and Antman. Then snowball from there. I've only got one two hot toys and they're First Avenger Caps and Dark Knight Batman only got them cuz I got a deal on them. But Nice I've never even seen a Scarlet Witch at all. I am just waiting until Infinity war comes out because I can only imagine the MCu figures then lol. I will be eating Ramen Noobles for a year after that movie

Saleable doesn't have anything to do with their inventory count. In hand is what you wanna look at. If it's not on the shelf, ask someone with a scanner to check the dcpi for you and if they are nice they will grab them from the back. Good luck

To quote Kevin, from "The Office", "That's a dangerous game, my friend." Those bad boys are so expensive. I had a few, but sold them because of my wanting every character so late in the game. The only hot toy I kept was my Black Panther. I feel sorry for my wallet if they release more than just his character for his movie. If I see a Hot Toy of Kilmonger, M'Baku, ANY member of the Dora Milaje, or Shuri, I will be all over those.

Ha! Love the office. But yeah I can't afford them. One it's too expensive I can't even comprehend an entire MCU hot toys lol. Only lucky to have two. I bet you will see those when his solo film hits.

Yeah Hot Toys' stuff is gorgeous but agreed. I try not to get multiple incarnations of the same character since that way lies madness. Too many movies come out a year now to keep up without going bankrupt.

I don't like Fantomex. He's a waste of plastic. Go on someone refute me. I'm waiting.....

Have you seen the collections for some of the people that review them? I keep wondering what they do for a living, and why I'm not in on this. LOL. Looks like I'm going to be spending some dollars if we do get those characters. I want an unmasked Black Panther that can hold his helmet, but the material they used on his first Hot Toy can mess up if you stretch the material for too long.

I often ask myself if I started collecting Hot Toys after the first Iron Man film, if I would be collecting Legends? Financially, it makes sense that I collect MCU Marvel Legends only, but if I had that Bruce Wayne, Tony Stark money...I can't think this way, it will only cause me pain. LMDBO!

This is my mini Black Panther Display. I have the figure of Klaw, but I need to pull it out.

Black Panther Display by Gary Young, on Flickr

All the reason why I wanted more Black Panther related figures for his wave, don't care if they're comic or MCU. A new Klaw would be great( Looks like we're getting one), Shuri, and whoever. Bring them on so I can build a world of Wakanda.

Some of those collections border of obscene in the amount of stuff they have. Okay I admit I'm just jealous, but like you...how does one get money to collect figures that range $100 and sometimes multiple hundreds of dollars? And the statues, many of which are around $250. I realize they make less of those than Legends, but still. Then there's the space issue.

Again, just jealousy, if I won the lottery or something I would probably do the same, but right now I'm at my spending limit for Legends and dabbling in DC/Star Wars and the smaller marvel scale. Along with my other hobbies, comic and novel books, music, movies....yeah I'm more like drowning rather than keeping up. Which is why much of it must come to a close soon. Still, I shall always remain vigilantly envious!

And...very nice mini display!

Thank you! If I won the lottery...LEGENDS FOR ALL THE ARKERS. I'd find a way to make it work. A guy can dream, right?

I'm very envious too. Every time I go to my comic shop back home and see all of their statues and hot toys, I'm like "c'mon". Perhaps it's better this way but like I said, if they continue to release Black Panther Hot Toys (supporting cast and all) I'm all over them.

Heads up to everyone that frequents this thread:

Generally, we stay out of here, allowing you guys to police yourselves. This is the most un-modded area of any of the network sites. If this was on TFW, HissTank, etc - the thread would have been scrubbed, closed, and people warned for going off topic, flaming other members, questioning staff, discussing politics and social issues, etc. Pretty much everything that's not allowed elsewhere. Like 100 different times.

That being said, the socio-political discussion mixed with personal attacks against each other resulting from it - not cool.

I'm asking you guys to chill out, and literally just stop. Regardless of whether you are in the right, or you feel it's warranted. Just stop now, no more Domino movie discussion, no more race switching discussion, or anything else that rose out of it.

This thread is technically about 6 inch Marvel Legends toys. It can go off topic more than any other place on this site and the Network because you guys are a community, and that's fine. But it can't go into a WWF battle royal shit talking fight fest.

Chill out, re-focus on toys, ignore the dumb shit, yourselves, if possible.

If it continues, will have to remove folks from thread or close it down.

Thanks.

Robert Meyer Burnette. He's on Collider Heroes every week, and his Hot Toys Display is massive. That man drops a dime on whatever, and will tell you he is in show business, but he's not rich. I don't see how he does. He's got Hot Toys from Marvel, DC, Predator, The Godfather, Bruce Lee, Michael Jackson...Michael Jackson has Hot Toys detailed after him. That's a massive step up from the 1980's figure (those of you old enough to know what I'm talking about. LOL).
