				 | Quote: Quote: Namor is easily a top 20, if not top 10 heavy hitter in the MU, as you just mentioned, Namor has gone mano y mano vs Thor, Herc, Hulk, Black Bolt, the Thing & Ironman and more than held his own vs all of them. Dropping a whale on him & making that be the cause of his defeat at the hands of Aquaman was laughable. That some people here are dissing his classic & most popular look as a figure cuz he's an almost naked man in swim trunks shows me how little comic knowledge they have on the character. Probably the "I only know of MU characters cuz of the movies" crowd. Namor has shrugged off heavy MG fire, tank shells, repulse blasts from IM, the impact of Thor's hammer, the fists of Hercules & the Thing among other things, no pun intended. Namor is like Aaron Rogers, he's a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad man! |

I've been waiting till the end to comment, but that Dark Claw is going to be nice. Good choice, Ken. I'd be interested in a Thorion.

Dude, Ken shares his projects here all the time, and the mods don't have an issue. Ease up, it's all good. And in regards to the whole costume thing further up... people like whatever costume they like. It doesn't determine their validity as a fan. I've been following the X-Men for decades, and my favorite costumes are a wide mix of eras, from the 70s to the present. People can, you know, have different tastes in clothing. It's not indicative of anything but personal tastes.

So it seems like Hasbro has fixed Blade's ass. I bought a new one today to replace the one I got at Walgreens last month and he can actually stand up properly and his ass seems to be just a tad thinner. Thank the gods the one I had broke.

Do you have photos? I'd love to compare with mine. Do you guys think Hasbro would let us send them back?

Has anyone seen the Vintage Wave at any other stores other than Walgreens? I thought it was supposed to be at least kind of a Walgreens exclusive, but I recently saw it at GameStop.

@Ken, Dark Claw looks awesome. Keep us posted wherever you'd like to keep us posted! Customs simply represent a love for Marvel characters that haven't been created by (or that version/vision of) Marvel yet for the line. It still fits here, IMO.

So, the store we buy from a lot has a loose Fantomex in their "loose complete" bin for, like, $10, and while I really am not fond of Fantomex (he's honestly one of my least-favorite X-Characters), I adored Si Spurrier's X-Force run, where Fantomex was a key player. Anyone who owns him, is he worth $10 for a loose complete? What are his pros/cons? Relatedly, would anyone have any suggestions for parts to do a custom Dr. Nemesis from Spurrier's X-Force, seen below? He's got a longer coat than the image suggests, but I can't seem to find any full-body shots from the comic. For reference, here's a full-body from a comic before that series Clearly the suited body would be the base, but beyond that...

Fantomex looks great in the X-Force lineup. I think his costume really stands out. But he's not great for posing with that big jacket and smallish feet. Guns are kind of goofy also. Bit for $10 why not.

No awesome poses, but what I currently have displayed. Would love to display more, but when space is limited you do what you can.

Man, I need to do something with Moribus tonight for pictures. Secondly, I've come to realize I hate the Jim Lee Cyclops figure. Every time I touch him or even just look at him, those stupid ass straps slide off. It's very annoying and ruins the overall look.
