Welcome to the forum. I personally don’t collect the comic figures anymore, but that Iron Man looks like it is going to make a lot of people happy. Maybe I’ll buy it for my son, because he is an Iron Man fanatic.

I'm just happy that someone is the opposite of me. I try to only buy comic figures these days. That being said, I'm getting that Iron Man but I'll be honest, I'm getting tired of him.

Lemme know when Hasbro does this long over due re-do of the Bronze age IM w/alternate pointy mask helmet. I have not bought any other IM figs since the Hulkbuster IM BAF. I sold off the MCU IM that came in that wave.

Yes, I’m from Down Under - literally! (Melbourne is quite near the bottom of Australia). Marvel Legends are pretty pricey here but I was able to get quite a few full waves, the last being the Mantis wave. Thanks again ![]() Edit: Sorry for doubleposting.

I have 5 walmarts, 2 targets, one TRU, and alot of walgreens near me. I refuse to go to one of the next counties to look... they're usually all let downs, not to mention my hunting time has decreased due to having a little munchkin at home.

Damn, didn't even realize that was a totally different dude. Why he gotta copy Blank Panther... he should make his own suit design.
Also found Gamestop Deadpool today still on sale... picked the one with the best looking teeth. |

Probably because they're pulling from a story in the comics where he wants to supplant T'Challa as king and therefor Black Panther, this includes him wearing a nearly identical BP suit of his own but with some of his own flair/accessories to keep him from looking totally the same.

^ Yah, I know next to nothing about Black Panther... except while googling Killmonger I saw that Michael B Jordan is playing him... sorry gotta root for Killmonger now. LOL. Still wish his outfit looked more unique though.

Since I first saw that Michael B Jordan was cast as Killmonger this movie has become "Jackie Robinson VS Adonis Creed" for me. I wish Killmonger's suit was more unique to make this a bit less of another case of hero versus evil copy of hero. It's sort of a favorite of the MCU to do with its villains but at least the evil copy usually has something more pronounced to visually set them apart from the hero.

I’m not 100% sure if the wave will make it here to Australia, as distribution is sketchy at best.

i think killmonger will be in his regular tribal wear in the whole movie except for the final fighting scene which he wears the gold BP suit

Keep hope alive. I hope the wave makes it your way, and you’re able to enjoy your figure!

The whole thing does have a K.I.T.T. vs K.A.R.R. vibe to it though. |

Sadly the Space Venom and BAF wave never made it here, and I hardly saw the Vulture Wings BAF wave or Sandman BAF wave - though currently we’ve got scattered Warlock and Gladiator Hulk BAF waves here...!

That's a very cool X-men vs Sentinels display. Hasbro needs to make classic Sentinels. The MU Sentinels while nice are hard to put in many action poses due to the restrictions of the Torso. They can't look down & can barely look up. The TB Sentinel is much more articulated but too over priced in the after market for people that were too young back then to get him.
This version is the one I want. Only the head, gloves/boots need be robotic looking, the torso/arms/legs can be sculpted in human proportions & that would allow for vast POA points. Give it a metallic paint job & make it either in 10'-12' scale. ![]() |
