I assume it's scalpers cause I've seen them multiple times in my area.. They speed walk throughout the store with a big bag over their shoulders as they load it up. They have no job cause this is what they do for a living so they hit up all the stores early in the morning. I unfortunately live near them so my only shot at getting things retail is to go outside my normal area.. When I see Rocket Racoon on eBay for $80 I have nothing but bad things to say about them..

Yeah, I grabbed Nova when he first went out cuz, well, I wanted Nova. I knew the street date and I knew that my Target was gonna have 'em, so I wanted to get him without searching everywhere.

Kinda have to agree with this despite my loathing of scalpers. I "raided" one stores case leaving only one IM,Starlord,Gamora,and Drax then to my surprise my girlfriend who doesnt even collect Marvel legends cleaned out a case in another Target just cause she want Rocket and Groot. This movie is winning over new fans by droves apparently. All the employees at both Targets were a buzz over it.

Seriously, I imagine both of those guys are gonna shoot to the top of people's favorite character lists after the movie hits. Tough smart mouthed little raccoon wielding giant guns and a talking tree for a partner? Can't go wrong with that combo.

Interesting... with the higher quality pic, it appears Agent Venom is using the ROML Ultimate Cap/Drax body as a base. Funny how Hasbro dusted that mold off for this figure and the new Magneto coming out.

Man... It kinda looks like there's no ab crunch. That would suck.

edit: Actually, looking at it again, it looks like the upper body has removable armor, so the stock Drax/Cap ab crunch is probably still there, but it'll be hindered by the armor. Good enough... proceed Hasbro! =)
