As someone else mentioned, probably because she's actually an undercover Dora Milaje agent who goes on missions outside Wakanda, and in the trailers we do see a fair bit of her in non-Wakandan civilian disguise.

So I got Namor today, I like the figure but there's really not much to be said. Walmart had the whole wave except Iron Man. While I was originally interested in Black Bolt I am unimpressed in person, the paint on the belt area and calm head was pretty sloppy and I would have preferred the body actually be black or at least darker than it was.

McFarlane's Ikora Rey from the Destiny line looks like she would be a beautiful addition to the Dora Milaje, but I'm not too sure how her head will scale. Being a McFarlane product scale, it's probably going to be too big.

The Monica head is a perfect swap with Nakia- Misty though is on a super tiny peg and would need some drilling out to fit the body. I could see going the Misty route if I puck up a spare!

Id go with the civil war one. It looks a lil better and the unmasked head looks really good.

The solo movie Black Panther is an entirely different sculpt. I prefer it, as (among other things) it has improved and increased articulation, namely in the addition of butterfly joints. It gives him a much larger amount of posing options for his arms, including crossing them (and looking more convincing doing it than any other action figure I've ever seen, to be totally honest).

Killmonger is definitely nicer (IMO) than the BP figure, but I'm just glad they didn't make them with one just being a repaint of the other. So kudos to Hasbro for that.
..and while i like the NEW Black Panther figure, I just pulled out the Civil War wave one and looked at them side by side and to me that original one is better than the new one.

#2. Before I start to army build troops. Can anyone explain the hierarchy there for the Dorma Milage. i JUST saw that they are mostly bald, like Okoye, but where does nakia fit in? ..and why is Okoye's clothing more orange and Nakia's slightly more towards red?? Is one a leader? which color is for the "standard soldier" ??

#3. This Black Panther movie is just.....holy shit...it feels like it's going to be epic. I'm SO excited for this movie for SO MANY different reasons. As an action movie it's looking great. As the next chapter in a comic movie it looks great!!.. and as a person of color I'm always glad to see endeavors for us, by us, or including us. This seem like it's going to be huge Black film, without it actually being a "traditional black film". Like, all people will enjoy this film and not be concerned with what color the cast it, just that it's a good flick that they wanted to see.

I cannot see the Black Panther doing that well after opening weekend but who knows. I could be apart of the festival of fools.

Am I alone on how bad CGI is looking in current movies? It really takes you out of the moment. I find a lot of movies look flat due to the green/blue screen overuse. It's only so much you can fool the human eye before it adjusts.

I found the GOTG 2 movie bad, besides the story, everything looked really flat and then I saw Valerian and the same thing happened; everything looked flat and unrealistic and the actors looked as if they were never part of the environment.

The Black Panther strikes me the same way; visually, it looks bad due to the overused CGI in the trailers. It will be interesting to see the box office. Judging from the action figures, I just do not see the movie selling.

I get really tired of the Spiderman Buck. It is a bad buck for spidey due to the lack of articulation in the legs and lack of boot swivel really hurts the articulation. I really hate the mold at this point due to it simply being used and misused for Spidey.

Plus they rarely include extras such as webbing. Even the hands are all over the place, sometimes they will, sometimes they won't. At this point, unmasked heads and hands should be mandatory.

I am getting worried as I am buying less and less legends. I skipped most of the GOTG2 waves, and so on. I avoided the BP wave as nothing appealed to me but Killmonger and Namor....guy in a green trunks....fantastic. Both an EVENTUAL purchase.

I have almost every legends ever made till the past year; and tons of multiples of everything. But I just feel, Hasbro is doing a good job recently, really need to start doing great(Larger) BAFs again, as most characters are just not worth the purchase.
