Well at least you are getting something.

So I go to the closes Walmart that Brickseek said had both Thanos and the bikers. NOTHING on the shelves and the only employee we could find in the store said he knew nothing about toys and that the person who worked in the department had left for the day. He practically refused to help us AT ALL!! Then the second Walmart did have customer service, and their scanner said they had the biker wave on hand, but they couldn't find it. Thanos, on the other hand, was not showing up in their system when they put in the UPC. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

All I wanted was something simple to take my mind off of work, but appartently that was too fucking hard of a task!!!!!!

The current working theory is one is for brick and mortar and ones going to online retailers... I won’t know for sure till sometime in 2025 when these finally make there way to a store near me.

I'm going to refuse the Deadpool when it arrives tomorrow as it does me no good when I have to buy the entire case anyway.
The exact same thing happened to me with the Jubilee BAF wave. They had a buy one, get one half off sale, I ordered the 4 figures to complete Jubilee, 2 of the figures shipped, then the 3rd one shipped separately and then TRU cancelled my order for the Mohawk Storm. Fortunately they gave me 2 of the figures for half off so I got 3 figures for the price of 2. I had to resort to evilbay for the Mohawk Storm and paid $40 for her, but since I got the 50% off deal on 2 of the other figures it still worked out to $20 each. I haven't bothered with the TRU website since then. I believe their website is run by a room full of chimpanzees banging sticks against computer monitors. That's the only thing that makes sense.

He can hold the ultimate nulifier between the thumb and middle finger of both bendy wire hands.

They just posted up the rest of the official photos for Infinity War Wave 2, and despite myself, I'm kinda impressed with the Cull Obsidian/Black Dwarf BAF. He definitely fits the 'monstrous' vibe I tend to like in BAFs, and he rides that line where he can fit into both MCU and Comics aesthetics without too much issue.

And I'm really liking the body sculpt they've got for the new Black Widow. I could see some amazing customs coming out of that one.

Expected but thanks for the sharing! Looks like this will be the first time I order a loose BAF from Dorkside...with only one figure in the wave I even possibly want (Black Knight and only because of the alternate heads to complete the villainous Black Knight), there is no way I'm going to buy the rest of that wave. But I do want to complete the Black Order/Children Of Thanos so I'll need to get him somehow.

I'm kind of with you, but I miiiiiiiight go for Malekith, too.

Either way, Black Knight will definitely be mine, and Cull Obsidian is a definite maybe.

That second Avengers wave is a stinker. The figure I had the most hopes for (Nat) looks awful. The green looks terrible, and the face print looks way off. It looks cartoonish. Might be good for customs though.

EDIT: On closer review, it looks as if that ugly green vest might actually be removable. I wonder if the upper torso will be the same as the original MCU Nat, or if it will be an entirely new one altogether? Hopefully a new one, because that WS/Agent body mold sucks.

If it can be removed, that vest could be useful in making the MCU Sharon Carter fig that we never got (although I'm expecting Hasbro to release her to spite us, in some sort of 3 pack with a Nick Fury and Maria Hill that sport the same body as their predecessors, but with new...digitally printed headsculpts! All for 70 dollars!)

Back to single jointed elbows on the females. Make up your God damned mind Hasbro...

I am excited for Ant Man and the Wasp though. Outside of those, that's a lot of money saved. There are too many MCU figs for me to feel invested, and it's getting worse since now I'm beginning to feel like the 10th year line is a scam to get us to pay full price for minor updates and accessories, as well as double price for figures we should have received by now (looking at you Vision/SW two pack, that SW update is so minor, it reeks of scam...)

Also...Thor is the new Star Lord. Did we need another one? It's not like he's flying off the shelves as is.

I'm inclined to agree here.....I'm actually not opposed to movie figures, but there's only two comic figures in the whole wave and neither are really strong fan-favorites of mine (though I do want both of them). On top of that, only one of those movie figures (outside of BAF) is a new character so meh. And aren't we supposed to be getting Thor in a 3-pack later this year? Are we gonna have another Movie Star-Lord situation?

Yeah....Hasbro could have easily just released Vision in this wave instead of our 4th movie Thor figure in less than a year, and just included him with an updated Scarlet Witch headsculpt. I'm actually willing to bet that 3-pack Thor is just going to be exactly the same figure as the carded release, except with an eyepatch.

I'm loving that Cull Obsidian/Black Dwarf BAF. I'm only going to buy Black Knight so that really makes me wonder how I'm going to accomplish building the BAF. I suppose I could just outright buy the BAF. Anyone want to hook me up with some BAF parts?

Dorkside Toys sells loose BAF pieces, though I've never gone that route so I'm not sure if they make all the pieces available.

To be fair, a LOT of people missed out on getting SW at a reasonable price, since the wave didn't hit retail in a lot of places, and SW was the fastest seller online.

Yeah that's true. I forgot how difficult it was to get ahold of really any figures from that wave in-stores.

I myself had to order Scarlet Witch from Walmart.com and never saw any of the figures at the big name retailers outside of an Eel at Walgreens that had its BAF piece stolen.

EDIT: Although another thing has come to my concern....isn't the SW/Vision 2-pack a Toys R Us exclusive? With the current state that Toys R Us is in, it might be hard for many collectors to find this 2-pack regardless. My Toys R Us completely skipped out on the last 3 exclusive 2-packs, and I was only ever able to buy them online, but TRU has historically had issues with fulfilling online orders.

Yes..and that is why I'm going to pass. Nevermind I might have to because I might never see it anyways, but I'm tired of their lousy service. It's going to have to be something I REALLY want in order for me to buy something for their exclusive again. Like GSXM set "something".

That’s me I never found her. I’ve seen the wave dozens of times and she was always gone so I am thrilled they’re rereleasing her with vision.

When did TRU list the DP legends, man I'm so out of it since I started playing Pogo, hunting mon instead of figures...Glad I kept my pre order though at dorkside a lil cheaper then retail...Although would have been nice getting them from TRU during their sale...

Oh for fu...

Now the Deadpool that TRU did ship won't arrive until Saturday. For some dumbass reason Fed Ex delivered it to the Post Office this morning with a delivery date of Saturday. -_- What the hell is going on with these so called "professional" companies lately? First Amazon and now both Toysrus AND FedEx are proving to be just as inept at providing customer service. It's not fucking rocket science! You sell an item, you ship item, and you deliver item. BOOM! DONE!!

As for that Avengers wave, I might pick up that Black Widow if the body is able to fit the regular Jean/Phoenix head I have since I'd like to have a Madelynn Pryor.
