Personally, I like the way the shorter haired head looks on the Vintage Widow, as the longer haired one has the hair sculpted to rest on the shoulders of the Rider Widow, giving the Vintage figure the illusion of having a freakishly long neck when you equip it. Thankfully though, they both work on the Vintage body though, allowing you to change it up if you like without having to dremel anything.

Yeah, it's 6 inch (or somewhere close), which is about the height of one of the shorter adult Marvel Legends bodies, when Iron Man is supposed to be on the taller side. It's part of the whole problem of different companies having different definitions of "6 inch" and/or "1/12" scale; they're all usually in scale within their own line, but they often scale poorly with other lines. I think the only different lines of the same property that I feel are generally in scale with each other are the Star Wars ones; specifically Black Series, Figuarts, and Bandai Model Kits (as well as MAFEX). Sure, for Figuarts, the taller characters can be kinda comparatively short, but many of the main characters are roughly the same height between lines.

I feel like the brow is too thick and the head is toooooo square, something more like classic Thing would be my ideal (Just grabbed the first good pic I could find, not saying I'd want a straight up Jack Kirby Thing haha)

Thanks! I see what you mean about the hair, but I can't get over the particular hairstyle looking more like older art of Natasha, so I think I'll figure out a way to make the hair work, if I even try to change it.

2- I made a quick and dirty Corvus Glave. It's just a head swap and an added weapon. I feel like someone already did this but it's a good stand in until we get an official one.

3- Here's to Iron Man 2... which I feel has some problems. Infinity War, here we come!

Actually I think Iron Man 2 is my favorite of the IM trilogy, might be because I'm a sucker for that amazing War Machine suit
