New Marvel Legends/6" Appreciation Thread

Tentacles are not bendable, even tried to heat em up to little effect. And here's his back without them plugged in. Really like Elektra and Cloak. Dagger is nice, Ock would be awesome if not for tentacle issues. Love his glasses being separate piece. DD is ok but he's basically a repaint of previous versions except for boots and forearms/hands.

Just found a review and the bendable Tentacles do fit in the New Doc Ock. So Happy. At Mark 4:20.

Pre-ordered Venom from Gamestop. It's the only figure I want and since I repeatedly missed the other release I'm just going to skip the hassle and pick it up with no problem now.

Awesome Thank You. I just watched a review that showed his glasses being not removable.

I'm probably going to use the posable tentacles from my Molina Doc Ock for that new Doc. They have a slightly shorter peg than the old Toybiz Legends version so it should probably fit a little better.

Nothing a simple Dremel Mod couldnt fix.

and even though the new ones are not poseable..i still think they look cool

and yeah...that look above..is the way i like to see Doc..
THOUGH AGAIN...those new tentacles have some very nice dynamic posing to them

Nice display... i now realize i can do a spidey villain setup as well...

Hasbro reissued the Toy Biz Doc Ock in a Spider-Man Classics line at one point too. It's the same mold except the Hasbro version has a Silver collar, gloves and boots. The tentacles are exactly the same as far as I know. That's the one I have because the Toy Biz version always went for more money than I wanted to spend. You might be able to find him cheaper than the Toy Biz Doc Ock in the classic colors and if all you want him for is the tentacles, then the figure's costume won't matter.

Those bendy tentacles do have suckers sculpted on the inside though, so they aren't really accurate for a classic version of Doc Ock.

happy father's day to all my fellow "big poppas"

i'm really looking forward to the cloak and dagger figs after seeing the reviews. Those two and Doc are the three i'm looking forward to most.

Scarlet is okay but not THAT much of an improvement over the last..i don't think this one was absolutely necessary now...but still okay.

DD is cool..

While i enjoy most variations of spidey, i don't know why they made house of M spidey.

1. that doesn't really count..because as a completionist...you could make a figure that doesn't exist ...like powdered toast spidey..and they'd want it simply because it's marvel legends spidey related figure. So i still believe ..no one really wanted that figure. Probably just incredibly cost effective.

2. i didnt' know you could order figs IN THE STORE at Electronics Boutique..uhh i mean EB Games...uhh..i mean GameStop.

SIDE NOTE:
i've see at least 3 pics already of people finding Legendary Riders Wolvie in stores. east coast (one was Walgreens) and the guy gave the engine a black wash..which definitely makes it look better.

Yeah, 5$ down just like any other pre order there. And I order a bunch of figures from Gamestop. Have for years ( including the 12 years I worked for them). When you go in have them print you off a "Loot" coming soon list and you can see what you can pre order. Some things will not be able to be pre ordered. They are updated every Friday with new things added weekly.

And i'm doing just that ! Spider-verse display. If my memory serves me correctly, i don't recall him at all in spider verse.
