My LCS emailed me yesterday to let me know my X-Men figs are in on Wednesday! Good times! Hopefully he'll also be getting the reprint Watcher from MS, I missed out on that one the first time.
SDCC announcements...I can't recall when they said the first 3-pack comes out, nor do I remember what the 'hopeful' release dates are for the Avengers Infinite wave 1. I lost the site that had the video for ML and MI and the covered Mashers as well in it. I do recall it being said that most of their stuff was coming out in the first half of 2015, but is there anything this winter? Or am I wishful thinking?

I'm only guessing here, but since they said the Target 3 pack will be out this year, I reckon it'll be out before Xmas, and that means late November or earlier. Which is fine by me, givesm e the time to get some funds together after the big hit my wallet took up till now for all the ML goodness this year.

Was away on vacation when all the news hit. Just got caught up. Pretty cool about what all is coming out. I am a huge X-men guy so not happy about no more X-men for a while but still some choice stuff coming down the pipe.

That's the Cap/Ms Marvel/Radioactive Man set right? not the Fury/Coulsen/Hill one |

Sigh as figured, all the X-Men TRU's got sold out in matter of hours at the TRU's in my area. Hopefully they'll get more in soon.

Got my set today.
Stryfe is surprisingly nice but I can't be forced to care about Stryfe. Already sold him haha. Storm is great. GREAT. The cape material is questionable, but I really like her. Magneto is disappointing. The eye paint on mine makes him look like they're bulging out. The face sculpt is good, the helmets seems a little too round and tight around his face. The body and cape are all nice. The cape is a little too long and he has the annoying angled joint on the hips. Not bad but not the amazing update I was hoping for. Cyclops would be awesome but mine had a stuck bicep that I couldn't just leave alone and it broke. Hope to find another and return this one :/ Jubilee is perfect. She's the reason I was even paying attention. I would have probably grabbed Storm and Cyclops anyway had I seen them on a shelf, but Jubes made this the must have. I like her current costume, and I like having the effect parts (Rachel Summer's effects parts but in pink sparkles. Great parts re-use!) so I can pretend she's not a vampire. If we ever get a 90's Jubilee I'll just put the effects away If this wave was the style with variants and variant BAF parts I would have loved a full on open mouth Vampire fang face though haha. Aside from broken Cyclops I'm super happy with this set as I got them at the sale price. |

I reckon Coulson may fit in my collection, Jackson Fury I only need the head to make Fury jr on the Steve Rogers body, so I'd rather get a cast, and Maria Hill I have no use for. Want her in comic form. |

Yeah that one not the Shield people. Not as bothered about those guys so much, I'm a comic book fan.

Cosmo: kinda doubt they could do him justice but I love that dog so a good Legends version would be awesome Phyla-Vell: Quasar costume from Annhilation: Conquest and/or the Martyr costume from GotG Mantis: GotG uniform Bug Jack Flag: GotG Uniform with helmet/mask Honestly, I would be stoked for all of the Guardians from the DnA run along with a Darkhawk in the armor from War of Kings. Since it's a "never made" list, I kept Adam Warlock from his #2 spot with the Annihilation/GotG costume even though the Legends Warlock is the older costume. |

I cannot wait for the X-men to hit my LCS the only people I care about are Jubilee and Stryfe as everyone else I prefer their older releases buut man finally a jubilee! I could not be happier. I am so happy I might finish 2 Jubilee BAFs and customize 1 in to 90s classic Jubilee

SPEAKING OF STORM I just got MASSIVELY lucky and found one at my local TRU. I picked her up, just in case something happens with my preorder. I'll probably offer the other Storm and Jubilee part for trade.
it never hurts to have a backup plan. |

I just got a new Cyclops at my TRU. Will return the broken one. They had 2 Cyclops, 2 Wolverines and 2 Stryfes.

I hope you get it. I do want Storm too but I'm willing to just take a chance and see what happens in the wild (for now). if I run across Cyclops I may get him. Mags and Wolvie though forget it I'm not that interested in Jubilee.....

Well I took a shot at TRU today. They had all the figs except Storm. Employee said they just put them out. I doubt I'll find her. Usually it's a one and done deal for waves. I'd love to be able to trade you something for your extra if you get it. Keep me in mind please.

My SDCC Galactus Engine set arrived in the mail today, during my lunch break (one of the perks of working from home the mail person knows I'm usually there). Got a few shots in of the box but will be unpacking tonight. Looks awesome. Also my Stryfe is also set to arrive today. Joyous day but looks like it will be a long few months until the next releases (unless I nab a TRU Storm)
Okay just unpacked them. Good lord, Blastaar is HUGE. Very pleased, he was the one I was most looking forward to in this set. Last edited by Captain Nash; 08-08-2014 at 01:02 PM.. |

That figure pulled me into my first Legends purchase. I've seen it about as much as I've seen the Toxin variant, but I still wish that horrible rat-toothed thing was never made a variant, just to increase chances of people actually getting the one they want.
