If they don't show up on the store's computer as in stock, there's not much use having them check in back, so ask them to look it up first. They are also cool checking inventory and calling up stores for you. I got mine because one store called another and had them put the figures on hold for me. In any case, the stores I went to volunteered to look in back. I'm sure just asking them nicely will do the trick too though... Walgreens has impressed me a lot with their customer service while looking for this figure.

After hitting up all 3 TRU's in my area I had to resort to schmoozing my local collectible store to get my hands on a Storm, and that is currently in progress. I figure I'll butter them up with another ML purchase and explain how, with my addictive personality, Storm would be a huge motivator to expand my 6 inch collection and spend more money later. I'm hoping to secure a pre order at 30 or less (Black Widow is 35 at this store, even at 2 per case) for when they get their shipment from Diamond later this month. Wish me luck. This store has been around for ten years and I know it's going to be a fight for them when they come in, especially because they are fairly priced. They told me Magneto and Storm were both only going to be $25 but I imagine the internet losing it's s*** over those two will probably drive the price up a bit.

I would love a complete, comprehensive set of new Fantastic Four figures !!! F4 is the only Marvel book I read on a monthly basis, and the majority of my Legends collection (with a few exceptions) are F4-related characters.

Sadly, with all of the rumors about Marvel turning their back on the Fantastic Four (such as potentially going as far as cancelling the book towards the end of 2014) in an attempt to distance themselves from Fox's upcoming movie, it's unlikely that Hasbro will be releasing Fantastic Four figures

But then again, Hasbro surprised us with the TRU exclusive X-Men Legends wave after most of us had given up any hope that we would get any sort of X-Men figures to coincide with DoFP, so I guess anything can happen

AND if we miraculously get a Fantastic Four wave, here's my wishlist :

1) The Wizard !!! I've got more Doctor Dooms than I'll ever need, but I still don't have a ML Wizard !
I have Sandman, Hydro-Man, Electro, Klaw, etc... for my Frightful Four line-up, but I don't have their leader

2) The F4 in their Dale Eaglesham costumes (from the Hickman era); the ones that have the piping, seams, and other little, but significant, details to give the uniforms a more realistic appearance

3) Future Foundation variants of Ben, Sue, and Reed - to go along with FF Spidey and Doom

Edit/Update:
Ideally, figures of Diablo, Mad Thinker, and Puppet Master would be at the top of my list as well, but I just don't think they'd translate well to Marvel Legends figures, kinda like Klaw

I would want either of the two Marvel Now suits (i.e. Red & White ones)

I was able to pick up a few Agent Venoms to play around with, so I experimented with modding the vest to free up the ab crunch. Turned out pretty good and kind of gives the torso an MU joint look which is cool; between using the leg and vest mods, posing this guy is a lot more fun than the stock figure (although I am keeping a stock one around as well).
