I keep wanting to start a legends but don't know route to go. I kinda like red skull and zemo. Worried I'll end up buying too much and becoming a completionist

Ok, not like I was not doing the same thing with my Green Lantern stuff before that anyway. Now I just have another line where I can spend money I don't have. ....stupid completionist habit.... If you like Zemo and Red Skull, try to stay in the Captain America area of Legends. Of course that also means not allowing yourself to branch Cap into Avengers, Shield, etc. Of course that also means not being prone to the "damn that looks cool, I must have it" attitude that got me my Thor, Marvel Select Hulk and a bunch of others. Good luck with that LOL! |

I don't really consider mine a collection, more so just 4 figures that I couldn't resist. Carnage is one of my top Spider-Man villains and the figure was only $14 due to mislabeled pricing, Nova is my 2nd favorite hero so I had to get Nova, Rocket Raccoon is a long time favorite (even before the 2008 GotG vol2 I liked how weird a green-clad gun-toting raccoon could be) and I really dig his movie portrayal. Last, but not least, Star-lord (...man) at first I wasn't sure about this toy, Peter Quill has been a favorite o' mine since Annihilation and I like his movie look, but I wasn't sure at first. Then after I saw the movie I had to get the toy, quite easily my favorite marvel movie portrayal, and an all around good toy (I don't mind the softer plastic, but his Chris Pratt head leaves a lot of Pratting to be done, not so big on that head).

Addiction is real. I saw the new Storm, and then Ms. Marvel and Spider Woman and spent $50 on Stryfe and Jean and I still haven't obtained the figures that were responsible for this new found addiction yet. I love Jean though, Jubilee's fireworks look good on her until I can get Jubilee built.

Also Hasbro does not come CLOSE to how crappy Mattel treats its fans. Hasbro seems like the friend to the collector compared to those clowns but yet Hasbro gets waaaaaaaay more hate. I wonder if it is because we HAD Toybiz so Hasbro got tainted as killing off toybiz while Mattel had the DCUC line from day one. Hmmm Quote:

I normally don't get told Im wrong I just get ignored when I make good points. If people "never saw" my argument they never have to concede. I just don't get the HATE for Hasbro. I saw it in person at this years SDCC from the costumizer anthony customs who took pretty much every chance he had to bad mouth Hasbro the company. I spent a loooong time hating hasbro after they took over with their weak waves, poorly sculpted figures, removal of packed in comics, lack of accessories and puy BaFs but they had some real gems. Slowly they won me over piece by piece wave by wave.

For whatever reason they just do not look right to me. Especially the one for the close fist. |

The Infinity Gauntlet multi pack is back in stock on Hasbro Toy Shop; is this a good sign for the Thanos Imperative set?

what do you mean it really depends on case to case every figure is different. Like start to finish I love the captain america wave, I love most the spider wave even though Im not big on movie figs the new movie spidey blends easily. Toxin and Electro leave a lot to be desired though and I am not in LOVE with the BAF. The X-men wave is another that I have nothing bad to say about

I also had a bag of demons from Spawn a long time ago, I lost most of them or the heads came off.

Honestly, they really should. That would be hilarious. Stick all the scalpers with all the ones they bought and put up enough for all of us still missing it for our collections. |

I had every intention of troop building these guys... too bad I only saw it once in the wild. It's unfortunate some people have never even come across them!!
Hope you like the pics of AIM Soldier ![]() ![]() ![]() |

The heads on my demons fall off also. I thought about gluing them, but my only use for them is as accessories for my magical Legends and DCUC figures. The heads hold long enough for posing....

Jubilee's fireworks bits are actually just redecos of the ones that came with Rachel Summers, which explains why they work so well as telekinesis parts. :P

Bored last night, so I did the "Jean" mod since I have several Spider-Girls in my fodder bin. I like her much more now, especially since she is less prone to falling over and knocking all the other X-girls down. =)

That's awesome looking. Was it just a hair swap?

Hair swap and dremeling (the inside of the Spider-Girl hair piece and shaving down Jean's head so the piece sits lower on it). Took about 10 minutes to do. No painting necessary since Jean's head is molded in the blue plastic already.

Not bad, not bad. I personally don't like that face sculpt, so I did something a little different...
