Now I'm kind of wondering if I made the right choice to get my x wave from HTS minus Psy and Jaime. I feel like they are gonna be the 2 hardest ones to track down.

Yeah I feel like Psylocke was probably the star of the wave, if you take into account there's twice as many Wolverines as there are of the rest. And even though more people may not have an interest in Madrox, those that do, will want multiples.

Edit- in case anyone doesn't know the Unboxing panel is at 430 cst so about 15 minutes from now. Don't know how long it takes to make the various sites news, so it may be a little while before we see something. Or it may be right away.

Hopefully, she gets the Magik treatment with tons of accessories. At the very least a couple of alt. heads would be cool. Maybe short hair, long hair, and maybe a mid-transformation sculpt.

I'd post the link but I guess I'm too new to the forums to post URLs. As of my typing this we're an hour in and they're still droning on about Star Wars. Where's a yawning emoji when you need one?

I jest, of course,...if only slightly.

well when they spend over 10 minutes on one figure, yeah, it's definitely yawnsville.

At bloody last we can have the basic Defenders. How many years more for Gargoyle, Clea and Son Of Satan? But I'm sure an updated classic Valkyrie will come first. Still, hooray for Kyle Richmond. For Living Laser I prefer his old garment from the old Avengers annual. And that's Sentry looks a bit like Chappie...

So I guess it's safe to assume the Kree Sentry will be the BAF for the upcoming Captain Marvel wave. Cool.

That Kree Sentry does look cool. Unfortunately, it's big enough that it has me suspecting it's gonna be a BAF. Shame...cause that thing could be nice placeholder for a smaller bodied Sentinel, especially if you army build it.

Nighthawk? Living Laser? Next year is gonna be an easy year for me to cutback on Legends. Outside the Kingpin wave figures that were shown off at SDCC, everything up to this point that has been revealed has either been disappointments or easy passes for me.

I'm happy for everyone who wanted Nighthawk. He's not a character I'm interested in but I know classic fans have been wanting him forever.

Nighthawk??? what are they thinking?? They're actually going to complete a team with its core members (outside of wrecking crew; F4 and Original 5 X-Men/Avengers)

Please note sarcasm. He's not a figure I was looking to get necessarily but I'll buy him for sure. Great he's being made. Also definitely in for Living Laser. I would rather have had the yellow demon energy form but this one is much more toyetic, and I figured if he were ever coming it would be this version since this is the version the 3.75 had.

No interest in the Kree Sentry so that's good, will probably cherry pick whatevers in the CM wave.

I'm just glad that with the Kree Sentry as a BAF, it semi-confirms that we are getting a Captain Marvel wave. After the Ant-man & the Wasp figures were enveloped into the Cull Obsidian Avenger wave, I was worried Hasbro would do the same with Captain Marvel.

Hasbro seems to be willing to half-heartedly do a wave for the first movie, Black Panther, Dr. Strange, Ant-Man, now Captain Marvel like you said is semi-confirmed. If the movie and wave are hits, they likely become a 1-2 wave release for subsequent movies, such as GOTG. I'm not counting Black Panther because the rush on that wave is an anomaly, I think and also neither Marvel nor Hasbro could have predicted the juggernaut the movie was going to be.

I think the only reason Ant-Man and Wasp didn't get their own wave was because of how poorly the toys for the first movie sold. It's not just the Legends; I noticed that in general there didn't seem to be a whole lot of product for Ant-Man and the Wasp. Conversely, at NYCC last year Dwight and Ryan said part of the reason they went all in on Black Panther was because his Legends figure from the Giant-Man wave actually sold really well.

Anyway, as for the Kree Sentry, I have a sneaking suspicion that it might have been made with future reuse for a Sentinel in mind. Specifically the MVC Sentinel from the 90s.

I think Hasbro will retool the Kree Sentry into a small Sentinel by retooling the head, upper torso, shoulders, and hips. The figure also has blasters in it's palms like Sentinels and I haven't been able to find any pics of a Kree Sentry with this feature.

It could be a BAF in an X-Men wave. Or a deluxe figure sold separately.

My worry stemmed more from the fact that unlike the films/figure waves mentioned, Captain Marvel is the first Marvel film lead by a singular, female character. "Will Hasbro give a leading female superhero the equivalent franchising/merchandising opportunities of the male heroes in the toy aisle?" This question has been buzzing in my head since the initial announcement of Captain Marvel joining the MCU. Still no definite answer, but a line of Marvel Legends is a step in the right direction.

Growing up I read x-men,Avengers and DEFENDERS only. Seeing Hellcat made a few years back was amazing to me...but Nighthawk is a hope I've posted on here a few times...it really makes me happy to see him made. Here's hoping y all get a figure made (Firestar) that makes you feel nostalgic and happy like I do right now! Ok, touchy feely moment over. Now bring on my FA STORM and THUNDERBIRD!
