It was a sad day man. Burt was such a fun actor to watch.

Yes. Few people know but that now famous Deadpool Reynolds photo laying on that carpet was copied from the one and only...Burt (and they share last names, lol)!

I was quite excited but then Sony announced there would be DLC like two week's ago. I'll just wait for the Complete Edition to come out next year unless someone buys it for me for Xmas.

I did indeed. I wasn’t sure it was the place, so I thought I would go the subtle route.

Yeah, 5 Below is totally getting the Mantis wave. One I hit had almost 2 cases worth. I stood there for like 10 minutes trying to decide if I could do anything with extras of any of them an decided to pass.
![]() Also got my Cage and Claire pack from the Wal Mart website. That Claire is fantastic, I just wish Cage had extra hands. He does not need to be all punches all the time. ![]() Barcode if anyone needs it. ![]() |

Awesome. I still need Deaths Head II and Ex Nihilo but I think the nearest 5 Below is an hour away. Mantis will remain armless for a little longer.

I just figured out how to post pictures again. Here is my ever changing wishlist for 2019 X Men product.
Wolverine Wave Weapon X Guardian Silver Samurai Lady Deathstrike Ninja Wolverine Maverick Jubilee (Jim Lee, with alternate head, glasses down, to be reused for Boom Boom) BAF Wendigo X Men Wave 4 Fang/Wolverine (alternate head and hands) Mr. Sinister Gambit Forge Blink Skullbuster Storm (Jim Lee, white) BAF Sentinel OR BAF Strong Guy X Men Vintage Wave 1 Cyclops (X Factor, with alternate head) Dark Phoenix (fully translucent hair, alternate Moonstone head) Wolverine (Tiger Stripe with different belt buckle, alternate head) Storm (Jim Lee, Black, with lightning effects) Psylocke (black suited, they could go several different directions with it. X Force/Ninja Armor/X Treme X Men are all acceptable to me, with butterfly effect and psychic knife) Stryfe (rerelease) |

I doubt they will do a BAF Sentinel since they are doing that Amazon exclusive repaint pack.

Picked up the MCU 10th Anniversary Ultron at Best Buy today. I had a $10 off coupon so I end up paying $16 and change after taxes.

Unless they retool the Kree Sentry BAF into a smaller Marvel Vs Capcom-style Sentinel, which wouldn't be surprising.

![]() I'll go ahead and answer your PM here DTL, because this forum's messaging system is about as deep as a puddle and my inbox is full. Again. I have logged a few hours, not as many as I'd like because I keep getting distracted by either the photo mode, the astonishingly good web swinging, or getting sidetracked to heave drug dealers off tall buildings. People are going to liken it to a Marvel/Insomniac analog of the Arkham series, and I will say that this compares very favorably. The tone is more fun. The combat is deep, looks incredible, and when Spidey leaps to throw a right hook finisher or flying knee oh man does it feel good. Using your environment as a weapon isn't new to gaming, but the way you hammer the crap out of bad guys with pieces of debris you just webbed up feels terrific. The combat looks as good as it plays, Spider-Man is appropriately nimble and has a pretty deep arsenal of moves. Different kinds of tech add variety to the way you take on encounters. You spend time as regular old Peter Parker too, dealing with his problems. There is a *lot* of story the game wants to tell you, and they take their time to convey it. Between Miles and MJ and the multitude of characters from the books they throw in there, you get some very nice quality time with them. The digital acting is on par with Detroit: Become Human, I think. Meaning it's among the best, possibly the very best until Cyberpunk comes out. The characters think and pause to consider, their expressions perfectly convey the weighty, dramatic or light-hearted moments with utter sincerity. A lot of care was put into making this game. As far as the alternate suits thing goes, I haven't used any beyond the game's default (upgraded) suit and the one from Infinity War. I kinda like this Spider-Man being its own thing, so I haven't felt the need to dress him up like characters from other stories. If you like Spider-Man, this game is essential. If you like good video games, period, it's essential. Quote:
Yeah, I wasn't thrilled about the DLC being available so soon despite the fact that they probably finished the game months ago. I think the primary reason I'm okay with it is because, well... ![]() [Edit: Forgot to add that I also keep getting distracted because I like to walk around the bustling city to give the "finger guns" gesture at civilians I see.] On the topic of Legends, the only new guys I have to add to my wish list are Cosmic Ghost Rider and Howard the Duck as the Juggernaut. I refuse to call him Juggerduck when DUCKERNAUT was right there for the taking. |

You know it!
![]() And yeah, you can add filters to turn your screenshots into comic panels and covers. ![]() ![]() Another cool thing I've picked up on is that MJ is her own character who is contributing, and not just "Spider-Man's ex". There's a lot of story stuff going on. There is a spectacular cameo that most people were probably already expecting to see, but I was still giddy as hell when it actually happened. |
