Yeah the only figures from the wave I've ever seen at retail were Ant-Man, Wasp and Malekith at Wal-Mart who had the BAF piece missing (of course).
Hasbro really needs to stop releasing waves so close after one another, especially when they're under the same sub-line. All of Avengers Wave 1 minus Cap and Spidey are pegwarming, but the entirety of Wave 2 is impossible to find. Also this had me wishing the upcoming Spider-Gwen repack came with a new headsculpt. |

It's a rather simple answer if you ask me...Captain America is still one of the most popular Avengers among the casual crowd, and on the collector front, that particular Cap figure sports the best body mold of any Cap we have received to date, surpassing even the rehashed 10 year edition. Many collectors ended up dumping the head to the IW Cap in favor of the various custom versions that are floating around on the internet, and once they did, they were rewarded with an even better version of what was already a pretty good figure to begin with, provided you could get past the headsculpt.

It hasn't yet. I think it's going to be Target exclusive in America.

It's not out yet. Likely coinciding with the movie's release.
But again, the unmasked heads don't match up, hairstyle-wise, with the actual character models. Which is a shame - if they did, I'd absolutely double-dip and get the set.

Oh wow... thanks a lot for those pics... and yah, I meant the newer Chris Pratt headsculpt... single version, not the ego 2 pack version which has a slightly different look and hairstyle.

That one I'm not sure of. I dumped that figure immediately after acquiring the BAF part, never bothering to remove it from the plastic. (I truthfully forgot it existed.. ) I imagine it probably would work, since the heads from the Ego and Titus wave versions both work with that body according to reviews. Anyway If it’s already been said sorry about that but Target has clearanced the Venom wave. My stores has them for $13. Somone tried to stash a Spider ham behind some shit. Luckily I saw it and picked him up. He still feels a little too expensive for $13 haha. Last edited by Tim; 10-03-2018 at 12:26 PM.. |

the name of that figure is just meaningless as it's a trash figure. If i were you I'd sell that piece of sh*t ASAP as I hear from a reliable source it is getting ready to tank in price. Coincidentally...I just happen to be PayPal ready if you need me to take it off your hands. I like to help fellow Arkers out like that...ya know?? ************************************************** ******************** Heya...can anyone tell me what Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2 is worth loose. I can't find one for comparison... thnx Last edited by Augustus_Cole; 10-03-2018 at 01:31 PM.. |

Nite...you can say what you want bro...that Ock figure still holds up. It was amazing what Toybiz could accomplish with paints, where Hasbro still struggles at times with digitized printing...
I'll probably be picking up that two pack despite the double dip. That's a good look for Miles, and I actually dig those "ballet slipper" additions on the new Gwen. Makes an already eye catching design to the character pop just a bit more. Hopefully the Gwen headsculpt will be a bit of an upgrade in hand from the previous one, which wasn't quite there... Quote:

Prices can vary depending on the version you get. There was one with a gimmick that can be found for fairly cheap, while a different version that has four, detachable bendy wire tentacles that goes for a bit more and is a bit more coveted as it was a rarity back in the day. Plus it doesn't have the gimmicked arms. That bendy wire Ock has slightly different paint apps and articulation, on the arms in particular. |

Nice pics, Yo! The "Thing" is an amazing figure, Hasbro out did themselves on him. He is a must have for any F4 fan.
