I am looking forward to finding these guys. I didn't order them online because the last vintage wave wasn't TOO hard to find, I even saw Wolverine a number of times. Fingers crossed that these hit the NY area soon.
Also, one of the old Toys R Us stores by my is a Spirit Halloween, but they also have a section called "Toy City". I went in there the other day and it had a decent selection of Marvel Legends (and Transformers) at a solid retail price- $19.99 each on the legends. I spoke to one of the people working there and the plan seems to be that they Toy City section will expand once Halloween is over and will stay through the Holiday season. I hope this helps some.

I still think the Vintage series is one of the best ideas to date. I'm strictly MCU, but I could see myself picking up waves 1 & 2 of the Vintage series if this type of character selection continues.

Damn... I need to check out the Halloween store that used to be my TRU now. My TRU Express turned into a Calendar/Toys store that also has a toy section with Marvel Legends and the second to last wave of MU... basically what looked like TRU Express new old stock.

EDIT: Woohoo! My Gamestop preorder Archangel came in today! Such a good fig! Don't think I will ever get used to paying $35 for one fig at retail, but IMO this is it... this is the last time Hasbro will make an Archangel action figure. IMO it won't be like before where Hasbro keeps updating inferior molds... IMO this is the peak for Hasbro Marvel Legends.

But anyway....
This is one of my "sorta grails".
A figure that I've wanted for a lonnnnng time and am happy that I finally got him.
Actually from one of my favorite SuperHero movies!!

Great figure. I got the Hasbro rerelease and it's not as great with the details, sadly.

It's funny how well some of those ToyBiz likenesses hold up even today.

A few new customs

I finally got the hands for X-23

Emma using the Typhoid Mary Torso, legs, forearms and hands from Dagger, upper arms from Polaris and the 3pk Warbird head. I used a light pearl wash over the flesh tone to emulate her diamond form. I need to ficure out a cape, the annihilous wave Emma's cape is too small.

Karma, Kitty base with an unmasked Spider-Gwen head and a leg from Danger

Thanks. and you know I've 'consulted' with you on several occasions before making a purchase on a specific figure. So thanks for the ongoing advice as well.
In hand I'm even more pleased with this fig.
I had to cut a bit more of the coat in the back to make the tentacles fit properly...and one of them won't plug in(stay in) properly so I gotta get some paper or putty or glue to fix... aside from that...s'all good..and it was 20.00 shipped MIP so that wasn't too bad.

Yeah i was looking at the tentacles like..damn they did a really good job on these.

seems that folks like it. I wouldn't call it BETTER than the current, because it's so different. it's the "SCU/MCU" version so I can't even compare it to the comic version. it's one of those characters that I wouldn't mind having various versions of it. I even like the ToyBiz version (i don't own that). ..and oddly enough I've never owned a Doc Ock figure prior to the release a couple months back. Except for the one i had wayyy back in the day from the 5" marvel line.

Hey guys, first time posting, been a lurker for a couple years.
Saw that I could answer the above question, so I thought why not?
First, yes these are supposed to be his metallic wings in a collapsed state.
Second, you can find these on eBay, the seller goes by LooseCollector. He is also on Instagram.
Hope this helps.

Welcome Lupus!

Yo D, Lupus is right, I've also seen those on Ebay from that same seller, so that's probably your best bet. I've seem similar wings on Shapeways as well through a variety of sellers, but they tend to be priced a bit too high for my tastes.

Welcome! Thanks for posting that. I might have to try to find a set. I like that collapsed look.

Amazon's Sentinel is back online if you missed him. I got him, mostly for the Wolverine. Having another Sentinel is good too.

Veronica, your work is amazing as always.

Just curious, what was your formula for X-23?
