Arg! I've seen bout three review of bomber jacket Carol. And yes. It's Amy Poehler. The eyes are two close. I'm sure Brie will have a laugh about that.

The other head looks great, but Brie is so pretty, I wonder if that's difficult to capture.
Loving those cats, thou. Haha. So I will swap Amy by long hair Carol/Brie , and obviously turn the green one into Minerva. Will get Binary too, I've decided. I have a million Namors and Panthers, why not Carol? She's been mistreated enough-wink wink- and that Sentry is growing on me.
Still feel like a lost opportunity for Monica as Captain M, not to mention 70's Ms Marvel/Moonstone. Hey how about a pack of them two? But I doubt it. We shall see...

Fury seems slightly bigger body than previous suited body, so I ll check if my Hammerhead fits on him (plus changing hands of course). The other figures look great. Happy to have Grey Gargoyle. Should been getting all three waves in the next week or so (panther and Spider-man). I got an extra Sable for the upcoming Lilandra head, and I have an Odin cape and trident ready for her. Still bummed about needing a second Kingpin body for Farouk. But I'll wait for now.

As to what I want for next year? Well I tend to like b-listers, as I always assume the main ones would be done.
I'm older than most of you, so 90's guys and gals are not my jam.
I would love Thunderbid and classic Storm first, then re-dos of Banshee, 'Crawler and Colossus.
Need Rachel and Meggan from Excalibur days.
All of the New Mutants and the rest of Alpha Flight. Marrina too. Thank you.
Sersi and Ikaris from the Eternals would be great, as the rest of the Inhumans.

I know it's a long shot, but I love The Shroud, and yes Shang-Chi.

And mainly I would love to complete the Avengers roster up to the Korvac saga:

Mantis and Swordsman
Jocasta
Two-Gun kid
Moondragon
The original Guardians of the Galaxy etc etc.

Finally villains. Love those.. Need Morgan le Fey, Modred,

And the bloody Hellfire Club. Evil White Queen, Tessa, Sebastian, Leland, Pierce, THE GUARDS, and of course the lovely Selene. That evil witch.

Any reveals of those ill be delighted. I'll check next year as to how many of those have been done announced.

I haven't thought about a wish list in a while, but I had an itch for a Toybiz style Chameleon ever since the suit version released. I'm sure that the suited version fulfilled a lot of people's needs, but to me he just wasn't the version I wanted.

I picked up a machine man years ago and this has been in my WIP bin for a long time. Well new year has inspired me to get motivated and get some things completed.

Here is my version of Chameleon I know he is missing some things, but overall I think it turned out great.

Looks damn good! Love easy customs that don't require much painting. Trying to think of some shoulder pads you can slap on there...

Thanks!

The shoulder pads were exactly what I was referring to about missing some things, lol.

I have a couple of extra Ironman figures with two different types of should pads, they would work but they aren't great either. That was why I omitted them on mine.

Looks great. I have tons of trash over the years. I kind of like Machine man so I will not cannibalize him. I think I will use some of my never ending abyss of Captain America Figures...when I have time. But your custom is very nice, I must say.

I am like you. While you want something exactly like the comics, action figures are also deviations. So I think, always work within the sculpts, go with what is provided and whatever gives you the most pleasure. Less work the better I say.

Hmm, what about the new Apocalypse wave Wolverine's shoulder pads?

I would definitely second Black Arbor's recommendation for the shoulderpads from the recent Apocalypse-wave Tiger Stripe Wolverine.

That's awesome! And so easy to make! Bravo!

That's a great list. I'd throw on some more 90's X-Force, but otherwise, that's awesome!

I haven't been on in a bit, so I also wanted to wish everyone a happy new year!

Still not ready to do my 2018 Top Ten, but I will join in on the 'who do we want announced in 2019' bandwagon.

1) MARROW. OZT-era costume (blue and green), but anything that's appropriately boney (read: not Weapon X) will do.
2) Nightcrawler
3) Any Young Avengers/Runaways (particularly Patriot, America Chavez, and Gert Yorkes)
4) Any other Exiles (Morph, Nocturne, and Sunfire top the list)
5) 1st Appearance or Jim Lee Storm
6) Dr. Nemesis
7) Blacklash
8) Totally Awesome Hulk
9) Unstoppable Wasp
10) Squirrel Girl

Well, I'm happy to report that the J. Jonah Jameson head that came with Chameleon fits PERFECTLY with the new Ulysses Klaue figure (not that it shouldn't, since Ulysses Klaue uses the Chameleon body).

The only issue, of course, is going to be getting rid of the tattoo on his right forearm and giving him a "real" left arm. You'd probably have to sculpt over the detailing on his left arm.

Would the bare arms from Six-Armed Spiderman work?

Ulysses Klaue is unfortunately single-jointed at the elbows, so the joints won't match up with Six-Armed Spider-Man.

I'd also imagine even if you could, the proportions would probably be wonky.

Out of both of those waves I'm really only interested in Black Cat, Silver Sable, and Genis Vell.
