Looks good! I'm surprised how good that Werewolf by Night looks considering how old it is. If Hasbro doesn't announce that they're doing this character in the next year, I may pick this one up.
Also love that you feature Ghost Rider with the movie bike. I've been looking to add it to my collection. It's been hard to find at a reasonable price.

Yep. I don't even balk at the price of two packs anymore. Wait long enough, and them shits will be a third of the price.

haha...
dunno if you tried with the new packaging..
but you can literally pop the plastic out of the box take out the figure and accesories, and have the plastic box in the box in 10 seconds (i had nothing better to do than to try)
i DEF feel like this will make the BAF part swapping 10 X worse!!
you no longer even need to open the actual box romove figs. Just opened my whole Cap Marvel wave that way.

sidenote: Grey Gargoyle is one of the corniest figures I've ever purchased (i know some of you love him ..ha)

Sidenote 2: finished the dry brushing. I'm gonna have another go at in on the second one.

That's not true at all. Batman is 240lbs.

There's a difference as to whether or not you are 240lbs due to muscle or flab. One of my friends is a personal trainer and a body builder. He looks super skinny, but he weighs 230lbs because it's all muscle and he's a vegan. On the other hand, I have another friend who is 310lbs and he has a wide build, but again, he's 100% muscle.

Is he tall because it's hard to hide 230 lbs on someone who's average height.

Wait...the last 2 DC Encyclopedia's have Batman listed at 6'2 210lbs. His height and weight stick out to me, because I thought that was one of the reasons Ben Affleck was a near perfect casting. He's 6'4, but eh, close enough. LOL

I do like the classic Doom head...I don't hate Iron Doom, but lack of familiarity with story arc makes the figure less than interesting to me.

Stop teasing fans, Hasbro, just make a proper Doom and be done with it.

Ive delved into an issue or two back when this started when i went to my lcs....i gotta say this by far my favorite iteration of vic and i hope it stays. I love him as a more heroic-ish doom. I just wish they would included an unmasked/u helmeted vic head.

I wonder when the Caliban wave will go up for sale. I'd predicted, based on the past history, this last Friday. I've been wearing out my browser hoping for updates to the DS page.

X-Men Vintage Wave.

All 5 original X-Men in original costumes. Mostly easy repaints with some new heads.

SDCC Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.

Classic Magneto (Apocalypse Wave repaint)
Toad (Doc Ock retool)
Quicksilver (easy repaint with new head)
Scarlet Witch (repaint and maybe new head)
Mastermind (easy repaint with new shoulder accessory thing and new head)

Are we sure that Doom isn't a custom? The mask definitely looks like it came from the old Hasbro figure and obviously the rest is reuse of Invincible Iron-Man.

All of those are valid reasons for it to be a legitimate Hasbro offering as well.

Yeah...although after doing a little digging, I found it's the work of an overseas customizer from last May:

Symbi makes a great point. Believe it or not, net denizens, not everything on the web is true...lol you'd think that wouldn't need to be said, but our modern context says otherwise...

Edit: Symbi just engaged in some mythbusting....

I agree that Doom donning a white hat, on occasion, is also to my liking. Most of my issue with the design is the idea that Doom would need to utilize Iron Man’s armor. Doom and Iron Man have had multiple match ups over the years and Doom’s armor has more than held up. Doom’s genius is second only to likes of Reed Richards and the idea that he would feel the need to appropriate Stark’s armor (as ingenious as it may be) is an insult. However, I haven’t read the story and it’s likely more involved than simply throwing on Tony’s hand-me-downs.

@Dustin

What fig are you suggesting as the base for a Mastermind repaint?

While that'd be a nice idea, it's unlikely. The good news is that're likely getting a classic Brother hood Magneto/QS/SW in an upcoming 3 pack. I'd like to get a Mastermind at some point, though to be honest I'd prefer a Jason Wyngard version.

Professor X or any other guy in a suit. Classic Mastermind is just in a basic brown suit with the shoulder cape(?) thing on top.
