For the MCU, looks so for this bunch. Only the ladies (which is normal) and Hulk, Scorpian, Silver Samurai, and Thor of the canon figs have ball-jointed waists.

Edit: lol Cannonball looks like he has a swivel.

So some of the Caliban wave on Amazon is now showing a 7/1 release date instead of 5/1 does that just mean they already pre sold the initial shipment?

I just don't wanna get half the wave and then have to track down the other half.

The same thing is happening to me. I got a notice that jubilee and beast were delayed last night, and this morning, forge is delayed.
I am not happy about that.
I know this wave will be the worst to find at retail, so I switched my pre-order to pulse, but they are out of stock of Beast.
I was pre-ordering to make it LESS stressful...

I was considering Pulse as well but do they charge for the items at the time of pre order?

Pulse will take PayPal for in stock items, but for pre-orders, you have to use a credit card. Beast is oos there though.

I have made a pre-order and an in-stock order. Nothing has been charged yet to my CC. I assume that they charge when they ship.

Initially I wasn't either but I look at it this way - my only about the BAF gripe was the big solid hamhocks he had for hands. Granted that's great for punching, but this gives us an alternate hand pose. That along with a classic Colossus makes it a definite buy for me.

So I've got some other thoughts coming out of speculation from other sites - NONE of this is confirmed, just people talking and wondering.
1. Very few BAF revealed: wondering if that could potentially mean BAF are being phased out? That tied into some of the questions from the survey...last year sometime.

2. Wondering if the Hasbro/Marvel license could be up after this year. God I hope not, we need at least one more year of product. We still have some necessities, not just things I want but that need to happen in general. Jim Lee Storm, FA Storm, Firestar, classic Iceman, Count Nefaria (he's debatable as a necessity I guess), updated Lady Deathstrike, updated Pyro, updated Mandarin and an Avalanche. I think after that it's mainly just wants and wishlists, but these are the figures I see as needing to happen. Happily, they got most of the other "needs" out of the way with the reveals this weekend.

Scalpers are going to go in raw on us with those figures. I’ve learned that if you wait long enough for any legend, you will find a deal. That’s a hard ask though with that wave. I’m going to check with my go-to comic shop to see if he’s taking preorders still.

I spaced out and didn’t notice the hands. I must have this now. Three damn Juggernuts ( 4 if you count Vinnie-Jugs)...I’ve got issues. I’ve started getting my brother and niece in on collecting. I might throw one their way. Me and my bro grew up playing with those pre-2000’s ToyBiz figs, I still have a decent selection of those cheap ass figures.

Yes on Pyro and Avalanche! I just finished the Blob last year and picked up a ToyBiz Pyro cheap. I’ve almost got my Brotherhood complete...come on Hasbro!

Add me to the list of having figures on Amazon "delayed." I tried ordering them from Pulse, but it wouldn't accept my credit card (or any of them for that matter), so I couldn't.

Guess I'll be back to ordering from BBTS after all since Pulse is already unreliable.

The MCU Spider-Man stuff was expected and I really dig the Noir suit, so I'm happy with that. The red and black Spidey looks to be an improvement proportion-wise over the original tech suit so that's cool with me too. I'm beyond happy to get Scorpion and Hydro Man, and Julia Carpenter Spider Woman is a nice addition as well. The only real dud for me in that wave (at least of what they've shown) is Doppleganger, and that's only because of that horrible buck they chose to put him on, otherwise I still want the character.
I have no interest in the movie stuff. For one thing, I can't even fit of all the multiverse Spideys I have on my shelves as is. Secondly, I don't care about Doppleganger nor Spider Woman.

Scorpion is a must buy though and I might get Hydroman because he has a face I want to punch, so I'm going to have fun taking pictures of different characters punching the crap out of him.

Yeah this spider-man wave is so much better than the Kingpin wave. If they repaint the Scorpion head to give us a partial open face, he'll be great to have. Julia Carpenter Spider-woman update is long overdue - and given the amount of females we've had in the Spider-Man series the fact it's taken this long is baffling, but at least we're getting her. Hydro-man looks great. Iron Spider looks good but not much better than the original one we got, still a good figure. Doppelganger is the clear loser by a country mile. That figure looks like crap just like Six armed Spiderman.

1. Totally agree. I think the BAF is done.
2. Jim Lee Storm and JEAN GREY are my two biggest "needs". After that I want Toad, Mastermind, Pyro, and Avalanche. They could finish the 90's X-Men and the Original Brotherhood in just one more wave. I would also take 80's Rogue, Psylocke, and Havok.
I just want to either finish my 90's team or the Outback team before this is over...

I think I'd be okay with BAF's being phased out if they kept doing 2-packs with bigger characters or standalone releases, the only problem is that obscure characters would either pegwarm worse or not get made at all if there's no incentive to get the whole wave.

I wonder if Juggs’ ripped helmet and black eye is a nod to something or someone. There's only ever been one or two characters powerful enough to do that to Cain. One's already been delivered (twice over, even three times), Onslaught, the other is Nimrod.

I'm actually okay with it too, Even if it means not getting characters like Nimrod or Atlas. I'd rather not have those than have to get a wave of a bunch of figures I don't want to get them and other BAF I want. The only other figure I'm really hankering for that would be larger BAF size is Attuma, and I could see them doing him as a single release. Well, that and Lockjaw who could fit into the riders series.

Why would anyone think Hasbro would be done with Marvel license after this year? That would be dumb on Disney's part. Not to mention it would render our collections obsolete.

For your roughly 40 years of reading comics...

What about Thor?

Or Captain Universe? I am pretty sure that the ripped helmet and black eye are for the damage Captain Universe did to Juggernaut on the cover of Amazing Spider-Man 627.

One thing I gotta say is that I admire Hasbro's dedication and commitment to the Serpent Society. Every single one of them have gone on clearance for like $5 at one point, but Hasbro just keeps putting them out....and I'm totally for it....I love collecting these guys lol.

Wow Hasbro is just amazing that being said ima be broke as fuck this year. Like SymbiSpidey said before me. Hasbro has been sure to try to complete teams lately even if they aren't huge sellers. Like the serpent society.

Don't know if it's been said before, but Nightcrawler will come with a total of 3 alternate heads. One neutral/stoic face which will have a little bit of shadowing in the face, one screaming/angry face that will have heavy shadowing around the face, and the smiling head that we've seen in the promotional images.

Gotta say that I love the fact that Kurt comes with that many expressions buuuuuut......we couldn't get just one smirking head for Beast?

Fwoosh also confirmed that Hasbro specifically said Cannonball does not come with legs, which is unfortunate. But Fwoosh also suggested they could release his blue and yellow and just make it so that he can separate at the waist and be used with this effect part. Still though...ugh. What a silly oversight on an otherwise great looking figure.

Personally, I’ll need the Starjammers, Banshee, Marvel Girl, and more Alpha Flight before that happens. I would also love to know if the rumored classic Angel, Lady Deathstrike, and Snowbird are happening. Everybody else from that leak is out, so I guess those three are pretty lilkely, but I’d like it confirmed. As for BAFs, what does that mean for the Wendigo that we saw last year?

Hasbro...All I can say is you shut me up as a critic or you have made my mouth drop with some of the new releases...Magneto 3 pack, too! Hasbro killing my wallet slowly but surely...This year might set up to be one, if not, Marvel Legends, figures that is...Let’s see about those BAFs...
