If I'm remembering correctly, I've seen rektangular say that the X-Force wave won't include a BAF (and that seems to make sense given all the accessories Nightcrawler comes with, unless he's the only one that doesn't come with a BAF piece). So Guardian and Wendigo might be part of a whole other wave of X-related characters.
Not to mention, everything about the Wendigo wave feels very hush hush. They haven't told us what the wave is actually supposed to be and they haven't directly told us which of the confirmed figures are in the wave outside of Guardian, so it leads me to believe it's a separate thing from the X-Force wave. I'm thinking this is where we'll see Jim Lee Storm. Iceman should be a shoe-in for the vintage wave since he's an easy repaint and that wave so far seems to have tons of new tooling. And who knows where they'll put Jean Grey when they inevitably re-release/redo her. |

Speaking of mighty mutants, they will continue to come out in force on the toy aisles with a Caliban Build-A-Figure wave including totally 90s Jubilee (complete with gum-blowing alternate head!), Forge, Beast, Gambit, Weapon X, Blink and Skullbuster! Not enough X-goodness for you? Well, Hasbro will also launch an X-Force wave that includes Boom Boom, Cannonball, Guardian, Nightcrawler, and Mr. Sinister!

Vintage X-wave last two spots - I'm way off on what I thought would be revealed and with Silver Samurai it's obvious we're no longer limited to repaints with slight adjustments. Still, I think that will be the most likely case. I'm not so sure we'll see a JL Jean in this wave now, but I think we'll definitely see one of JL Storm and the other color in another wave. it's so perfect an opportunity I don't see how they won't do it.
The other spot, orginally had thought Magneto but with the 3 Pack that's not necessary now. I'm going to say classic Iceman. For the X-Force wave you can bet that the last spot will either be an X-Force Wolverine or X-Force Psylocke. Most likely Wolverine but I think Psylocke's a possibility given there's only one female figure revealed so far, but it's possible there will only be one in the wave. I'd really like for it to be Syrin though, but I think that if we get a Deadpool wave next year she's got a good chance of being included. On the other hand they could give us our dreams and include Firestar, since the "X-Force" part of this seems to just be a label to give us, what is in effect, another X-Men wave, as was point out to me pages ago. |

And OOOOF I wish the store exclusives were easier to get! I was just thinking about the Captain Marvel exclusives, and decided to go look since I did not see anyone list pre-order info.
Both Target Star Force and Walmart Binary Versions are both Sold Out. Well Walmart is Sold out. Target says "temporarily out of stock".. Target Starforce: https://www.target.com/p/marvel-lege...e/-/A-75575530 Walmart Binary: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Marvel-Le...gure/587250713 Were these links ever live and did anyone actually get a pre-order in? Or have they not been live yet? |

I wondering if that Target Captain Marvel will be hard to find. For people who want a complete Star Force, they'll need to buy it twice, right? I hope it becomes available online for those who are looking.

So what color Jim Lee Storm is everyone hoping for? I always thought her suit looked silver in the comics, but it is white in the cartoon and other things.
Personally, I am hoping they do it in a metallic-like white color. |

My preference if we got just one is white because that's IMO more iconic due to TAS. But there's much debate if her costume in the comics was reflective black leather or white, and the original TB one was black. I'd love to have both white and black, one in regular line one in vintage. I'd honestly be sad if the only one we got was a silver one.

Id like either silver or black. I get the white one is whatmany rceognize because of the cartoon but i dont want the white one as white plastic discolors hella fast, especially with the cheap materials the use these days.

Agreed on the silver or black and the concern over yellowing plastic. Side note - I just added another DCUC Lightray to my collection because my original has yellowed. To be fair, I haven't really had that problem with any Hasbro Legends.

But I really want black, silver and white. I'd actually buy that if they released it as a 3-pack lol Last edited by SymbiSpidey; 02-20-2019 at 10:48 AM.. |

Same. I mean, I don't want JUST a silver one, but I'm happy to get a silver one in addtion to black and white. Whatever costume, this is my #1 most wanted figure period, and it's funny because I'm usually ambivalent about alternate costumes for characters we already have. I NEED this in my collection.

Think it's pretty safe to say the X vintage wave will have 3 heroes and 3 villains with the orange and purple cards. If that's the case, then the last 2 spots would both be villains as Cyke, Dazzler, and Patch Wolvie are all orange cards.
If that's the case I am thinking a new Toad is long overdue since the very 1st series and maybe a Pyro or Avalanche. Since we are getting Mystique, Magneto, Sinister, and Juggy already in other sets should narrow it down some. |

Also I realized brickseek can be used to try and see if your local store has these. For Target it shows OOS everywhere so I doubt these are out yet, although it does say release date was 2/2/19 soooo who knows. https://brickseek.com/target-invento...ku=087-16-0128 Walmart binary: https://brickseek.com/walmart-invent...?sku=587250713 |

Was there any word at Toyfair regarding when the 80th anniversary stuff is releasing? I'd imagine sometime in Summer.

Aren't the vintage figure (so far) just repaints/redecos? If so I would go with Phoenix being in there- a green repaint of Dark Phoenix.

Since we already got that, I could see it, but I would hope it ends up being a retooled 90's Jean. Similar to the one from a few years ago, but on that newer female body.

I could see a normal Phoenix in Vintage. The line has featured many re-decos and I do think that was the general consensus on their strategy, but Vision was moved from Bucky-Cap to Sunfire (no complaints here) along with a costume change. Maybe we can expect more Vision-like outliers in the future. I always thought Vintage was a good idea, especially given my preference for comic figs. As some suggested when it was first announced, Hasbro has already used the line to deliver nagging wants that would be difficult to satisfy otherwise. Whatever the case I like the line despite its limit in scope.
