That new marvel select QR suit Hulk. Looks pretty cool. Hopefully he scales well with the QR legends figs here’s a shitty as link pic. For those interested Since I still haven’t a clue how to post normal pics.

That Select Endgame Hulk has clean lines and articulation points, but he still looks like he is a big kid wearing pajamas and a toy Infinity Gauntlet IMO.

So Select is making THAT Hulk but hasn't shown any indication of making either version of movie Thanos!

Same. As much as I hope it’s something I don’t want (like the Netflix set last year) I just want to know. If it’s something I do want (like, oh say, The Hellfire Club or Mystique’s Brotherhood) I will gladly pay an outrageous price for it. I just need to know for financial planning purposes.

Maybe the exclusive will be something way out there, like Great Lakes Avengers, that will satisfy a niche of those asking for it while being somewhat obscure, yet will also be something i have no real interest in at the same time....although knowing me I'd still want to try and get it.

Plus, you know they'd pull a dick move and include Squirrel Girl in the set. Make her the Colleen from last year.

I hate when they do that. I got the Raft set and ended up not needing anything other than Purple Man and Dreadknight. We got a better Sandman, a similar Enchantress and Spider-Man and honestly, I like the BAF Abomination better than the one in that set.

Thanks guys- but you really should try the dio building- it's waaaay easier than you think and doesn't require steadiness of hands or anything. Measure, cut, notch the heck out of it, paint it black then dry brush it dark grey... once you see how easy it is then you can expand to rock walls and stone walls and brick and multiple layers, etc etc etc... that's not to say thre aren't some crazy talented dio builders using laser cutters and all sorts of techniques outside my paylevel- but for just some basic dio backgrounds for shelves and what not- it's not tough at all.

Squirrel Girl is terrible, they should make her an SDCC exclusive. Include America Chavez, Riri Williams, X-23 and a Captain Marvel variant and call it “we produced exactly the amount of figures the general public actually wants”.

![]() Yesterday I found a Paladin for $4 at a discount store so I picked him up and upon getting home realized all I was missing to finish 'Squatch was X-23 who was only like $10 on Amazon with 1-day delivery so I ordered her and now today I have a complete big-foot. Paladin's left foot broke at the swivel while I was opening it so he won't be in any pics but I have superglued it back on so he can at least be whole. X-23 is actually a pretty nice figure except for one of her claws being looser than the others and since I will probably wind up getting the upcoming X-Force Wolverine she will have a display buddy. Really the only thing I would have liked extra for this figure would've been an alternate head like her other figure wound up including. Sasquatch is a good BAF in my books with my only big criticism of the toy being that his hair feels like it has to be flush with his shoulder fur otherwise it looks weird. Walter isn't high on my favorites list but I do like him well enough and his recurring presence in the Immortal Hulk series has given me some more recent appreciation for the big hairy Canuck.

Man, than Immortal Hulk series is something else. I would love figs of the Abomination and the Harpy...terrific designs.
Wondering with the 80th anniversary, the SDCC box might be The Invaders or characters from that period. It would be awesome to get the first Human Torch, Miss America, Whizzer and Spitfire. With 40's Cap. Or maybe other 40's characters like the First Angel, first Destroyer etc. That would make sense... Anyway not long to go. |

You were lucky to find the final two BAF figures for cheap though. I hate when the figures you need to complete a BAF get unexpectedly expensive later on. Like dumb Gladiator... he went from being the biggest pegwarmer of that wave to like 40 bucks now... I doubt I will ever complete Apocalypse now because of him. |

Captain Marvel has been rebooted 5 times since 2014. Squirrel Girl and America Chavez were both cancelled for low sales. Mariko Tamaki’s X-23 was trash. I’m right. ✌️. Last edited by jmurray90720; 06-17-2019 at 09:10 PM.. |

I’ve spent a lifetime defending female characters, and I have found great, iconic and interesting characters in Rogue, Jean Grey and Storm. How dare a character be judged on its own merits, sales and cultural impact. If you think any of the purse puppies that Marvel has created in the last few years could hold a candle to those three you need to get your head checked. Squirrel Girl is a failure.

Man, I really wish the 'ignore' option would get upgraded to TFW's version, which just removes the post entirely. The pages would be shorter, but so much more engaging

That picture gets me so hyped for the inevitable Pyro, Lady Deathstrike and Spiral updates. Not to mention Emma Frost who could use 3 more updates (Astonishing, White Queen, Generation X).
