If anyone from Hasbro is roaming around here at Toyark and the forums, you're pretty much lurking here and reading our posts and making our dreams actually come true. Here are some figures Hasbro should make

Sugar Man builda figure line. Age of Apocalypse Wolverine just got made which is a wild coincidence

Age of Apocalypse Colossus
Age of Apocalypse Bishop
Age of Apocalypse Cyclops
Age of Apocalypse Jean Grey
Age of Apocalypse Gambit
1980s Kitty Pryde in her jacket and lone ranger eye mask outfit
the Power Pack kids
the rest of the Alpha Flight team: Heather Hudson in her Guardian/Vindicator outfit, Shaman, Wild Child, Puck
original comic book SHIELD member Dum Dum Dugan
X-Men's Henry Peter Gyrich. easy to make. just a readhead guy in a suit
Generation X Synch
Generation X Mondo
Generation X Husk
Generation X Penance
Generation X Emplate
Generation X Banshee

I was in a movie last night and my friends started texting me about the Legends news. Awesome stuff. I'm happy overall. I even got a pre order in for Deathlok, the X-Men 3 pack and the Havok and Polaris set. I am beyond excited for Nate Grey! X-Man has always been one of my personal favorites.
I'm a bit angry that I need 3 freaking Walgreens figures. I would rather Wolfsbane in her X-Factor costume, but I don't want to risk not getting her at all, so I guess I'm buying 3. I picked a good year to get married haha.

wow if that's generation X's main members it's a good thing none of them got made i thought Chamber was a main character from it but guess from that list i was wrong. and aside from that only synch, banshee(but not this teams suit design) and husk seem decent. but dont really know any of the characters listed cept banshee ofc, oh and isnt skin from this team? i think i remember him from that old tv show they had a long while back.

Is that Hulk the only SDCC exclusive figure, or pack?

I hate trying to hunt those down.

Chamber was also a main character as was Monet and Skin. Maybe they just didn't feel like including them. Personally I'd love a Generation X wave, but it would probably run something more like:

Jubilee
Monet
Chamber
Banshee
Emma Frost
Skin
Synch
BAF: Emplate

I would have put Husk but honestly 3 females in one wave already is pushing it, and just IMO while Husk had a big role, Monet and Jubilee had even bigger roles, along with Synch and Chamber. Skin was important too just not quite as in the forefront as much. Mondo was fairly forgettable and Penance was important but definitely less so than the other six kids.

@Archangel: The Collector/Grandmaster two pack is also an SDCC exclusive. Gonna try to get it mainly for The Collector, but I won't shed tears if I dont.

It's an SDCC exclusive. However, lately, those wares don't stay exclusive for very long and I'm fairly certain there will be a growing clamor to have it released in a more widely distributed format. Not to mention, HasbroShop/Pulse (whatever it's called, I've never used it) will provide a shot at it a few months down the line...I think even as soon as next month.

Find a generic blonde curly head and you might can make a Magma...five and running.

Lots of cool stuff was revealed, but for me personally there are only a few must-haves. That Doom is at the top of my list. He's damn near perfect. Moonstar is also a definite buy. I'll probably pick up Vulture. After that, it's kinda take-it-or-leave-it. I'm not liking the coloring of the She-Hulk on display, but that may just be because it's a hand-painted prototype. If the production piece is a more saturated green, I'll likely get her. Punisher is a maybe.

Regarding the 3-pack, I do want that new Jean. However, I'm only marginally interested in Cyclops, and Holy Mother of F*CK I'm tired of Wolverine. I'd swear the ML team at Hasbro has weekly meetings to discuss how they can try and cram a f*cking Wolverine into any and every f*cking wave/2-pack/3-pack/what-have-you. They probably have a dedicated whiteboard, with sticky notes and sh*t.

Anyway, hopefully today or tomorrow we'll get some glimpse of an upcoming Firestar. I don't expect her this year, though. Perhaps we see her prototype head sculpt, similar to how they hinted at Magneto and Quicksilver last year (or was that Toy Fair?). Whenever they release her I do expect she'll be in a 3-pack with Iceman and Spidey. Maybe they can make it a 4-pack...with another f*cking Wolverine...

Don't forget everyone we have the Hasbro Con in September, and then a few more conventions in November and December. They're going to definitely save a big gun or two for Hasbro Con and then we've seen the last few years a few decent reveals at the end of year shows. And don't forget how this past NYTF was one of the all time best showings they've had at that con. It would have been hard to top it.

The big reveals yesterday were Dr. Doom and Strong Guy - personally though so much more excited about Moonstar - so it's not surprising they didn't cram either Firestar or FA Storm in there too, as much as I said otherwise that it seems like they're ignoring the Firestar push from the communities.

This is by no means all we're getting early on in 2020. I feel like there's a ton of good stuff just around the corner. They can't show it all at once.

I wanted to add something i was reading regarding Strong Guy over on Fwoosh, apparently from the Hasbro press release he's part of a Deadpool wave coming in late 2020. So if we're getting a Deadpool wave we may get something like this next year (not in any particular order of wave release)

X-Men Wave
AoA X-Men Wave
Deadpool Wave
Avengers Wave
Spider-Man Wave
Spider-Man Wave 2

That's six right there. We'll probably also get: Avengers Wave 2, Black Widow wave and Eternals wave, and a Vintage wave.

So ten waves next year, same as this year. And it's possible from what they said, we might get more than one AoA X-men wave, which could either be 11 waves OR they don't do one of a dedicated Vintage, Eternals or Black Widow Wave. So there's still going to be a TON of stuff. And it'll be good. Don't panic.

Yeah. I'd love to have most of this group, in these outfits, in Legends form. I'm not sure how I'd adjust for the varying heights of the females using multiples of the new Moonstar, though. I wonder if New Mutants will officially replace the FF as the predominant Walgreens exclusives.

Oh, and Cypher could be skipped. Of course.

Cosmic Ghost Rider is probably my favorite "new" character. I really enjoyed him in the Thanos series, dug his limited, think he's a great addition to the new Guardians Of The Galaxy and find "Cosmic Ghost Rider Destroys Marvel History" very entertaining. So, I'm over the moon that we're getting him in the Riders Series. He's just so over the top that I was pulled in immediately.

Robbie would be fantastic to get if Hasbro gave us some kind of Ultra Deluxe Riders version and he came with his Hell Charger. That would be awesome.

Hasbro has been cranking out newer versions characters for the ML line lately. Red Goblin, the weird Symbiote Spidey from the same arc as RG, Hydra Cap and Zola from Secret Empire, Shadowlands Daredevil, new Hercules and Beta Ray Bill designs. I'm sure there are more that I just can't recall at the moment. It's a fantastic time to be a Marvel Legends collector.

Wolverines:
Ultimate X-Men
Patch
Fang outfit
Team X
Space
New X-Men
Astonishing X-Men
Armor
AoA Apocalypse
Samurai
Bone claw with bandana
Etc..

At least they have enough Wolverines to keep making X-Men waves for awhile. Will they run out of X-Men characters before they run out of Wolverines? Maybe they could do an all Wolverine wave with a BaF Romulus?

Don't forget crossover Wolvpool and Deaderine. They have to make those, right? It's inevitable.

So did they say the three AoA reveals are specifically from an AoA wave?

I think so too. So does that mean there will be an AoA BaF that they haven't shown and Strong Guy will be a BaF for an unrevealed wave? If the AoA BaF is SugarMan, I am going to be forced to buy it, but if it is anyone else, I can pass on the whole wave. I am really hoping I can just pass on the AoA wave. I am running out of display space and money for toys. There are too many releases coming too fast and it is hard to keep up. I hope Strong Guy isn't the AoA wave BaF. I would prefer a stand alone release or that Guido comes in a wave with X-Factor Wolfsbane.

Hasbro Press related stated that Strong Guy is the BAF for a Deadpool wave coming in later 2020 and that AoA wave is coming in the earlier half of 2020. I'm not sure when the "official" X-Men wave will come out, but I don't think we've seen ANY of that yet. I hope there is one!

And really though, could you really pass up Dark Beast? I mean, I know it's going to 99% probably be a revamped Apocalypse BAF but Evil Hank would be so awesome. I wouldn't turn my nose down at Sugar Man though, he's so disgustingly over the top that he's adorable.

Nice, I’ve been fighting that “conpletionist” moniker for a while now, but I never fail to prove them wrong. I’m sure I’ll be hunting it in a few months.

I was mostly being tongue-in-cheek about that mini-rant. While my thoughts usually do tie into larger ponderings about the condition of "humanity," if you (or anyone who read my screed) were more familiar with my collection of figures (and other things), you'd be asking me: "what the f$*& are you talking about, do you see all this s@&#!?!? GTFO with that!!" LOL

However, I'm still able to keep in perspective the pitfalls of materialism...

Hasbro

I only see the need for Storm.

While the bit of storytelling featuring the elder Proudstar was very cool and promising, Thunderbird, unfortunately, was dead before I even started reading books and I'd prefer a new Warpath instead.

Banshee might be cool, but also, as an on again - off again dead guy, I'd prefer Siryn. Cooler character. Cooler costume. Cooler team (imo, I know, sacrilege...I'm sure).

Absolutely.

Also sidenote: never understood why the Irish cat was rocking the Jamaican flag colors on his costume.

Is there any easy fix to a snapped in half figure? I picked Avalanche up in a trade, binned him, and found him in two pieces yesterday. My gut reaction is to epoxy him together, since I hardly ever use the hip swivel, but it would be nice to keep the articulation.
