Where should I be looking for Storm? Will Target, Walmart, GameStop, and Walgreens all be stocking the vintage wave? My comic store failed me on this figure, time to grind till I find one in the wild.

That is a fantastic dio! Did you build all the walls and the chamber?

I’d suggest Target! That’s where I found mine Thursday. You can check popfindr.com(what I used) or Brickseek with the DPCI to see if the stores got them or not(that’s how I lucked out) So you’re not driving around from target to target.

Room for one more female in that wave! C'Mon. Hasbro. really?
Alternately while not a female Spot or Morlun would be great. Add in Stegron as the BAF and that's all I want really for Spider-Man foes. |

I was really hoping for a classic Electro reveal, but maybe he'll get a figure next year.
White Rabbit looks great, but she's not a must-buy for me. I can see that shelf-warming pretty bad since only collectors and Spidey fans will know who she is. And Superior Octopus? Really, Hasbro? Those tentacles also look way too thin for the figure. And if they're bendy wire tentacles, that makes the 2018 classic Doc Ock's "static" tentacles all the more disappointing and infuriating. Hasbro has some serious explaining to do with the tentacles. |

I've read a few issues with the Superior Ock and it was pretty good. Basically, when Otto was the Superior Spiderman, he made a back up of his brain which was then placed in a clone if Peter's body. After having some reconstructive surgery so he looked more like his original self, he took over a Hydra outpost and decided to join them. He then tried to take over Parker Industries but Peter destroyed everything to keep it out of Otto's hands.

And Firestar HAS to be coming. No way Hasbro hears the outcry for her and doesn't eventually release her. I say either a Walgreens exclusive or an Amazing Friends Amazon 2-pack with Romita Sr. Spidey and repainted Iceman with a bluer paint job and no belt. |

If it's removable, you've got a pretty perfect base to use for Hellfire Club Emma Frost.

Hmm...I'm inspecting that Superior Ock figure and I actually think the tentacles might be bendable. The picture from the convention has all four tentacles facing inwards, yet the figure in the display case has two going inward and two going out.

I'm surprised that we haven't gotten Morlun considering how much Spiderverse stuff they've been putting out.
Yeah, RE: Morlun it's so weird. I know he's a more recent addition, meaning post 2000 and his number of appearances isn't huge, but the storylines he has been involved in are huge. The Other, Spider-Verse, all neo-classic must reads. Also, we desperately need a base body that has the ruffles on it - is that Victorian era? Not sure as i'm not a fashion person. But if we got him he'd be a good base for Donald Pierce and Mastermind, recolored. I'm sure there's others out there that have that too- I know Sebastian Shaw would require a bulkier mold which I think is why we haven't gotten him yet - but I can't think of anyone off the top of my head but there must be others. And Spot. Again, c'mon Hasbro. EASY repaint and practically no, if literally no, new tooling. I'm sort of shocked they haven't release him yet. Last edited by Captain Nash; 08-03-2019 at 03:59 PM.. |

I hope so! Any way they want to release her is fine with me. Also someone's reporting that's the whole wave - not sure how accurate that is. If so that's a half buy for me, only a full wave purchase if the BAF is Stegron. I'll definitely get Shang-Chi and Vulture, and White Rabbit only because it's really hard to not add another villainess since we have so few. The Spider-Man variants and Superior Octopus are passes for me.

Honestly there's a lot of notable characters that would be easy repaints that Hasbro hasn't done yet. Me. Negative is another one and he could have gotten a big boost from the PS4 Spider-Man game. |

Thanks for the better picks! but oh geez...I may have to rethink White Rabbit. The construction on it looks shoddy to me though that could just be the one they have on display. Also I know she literally has a rabbit face painted/mask (I'm sorry, I'm not terribly familiar with the character), but something about it up close just feel...meh.

Thanks J! Yeah- built the walls (insulation foam) and the "Minion" chamber (out of just spare bits mostly) it was supposed to be a giant Subway/Street dio for my MCU figures but I got derailed and it just ended up as random lab/office/street/junk area for figures... lol.
![]() I found the X-Force wave at Walmart today. Picked up Nightcrawler, Boom Boom and Mr.Sinister. Guardian, Cannonball and Wolvie were passes for me. |
