That really looks great Spyne. Good job! I want a new one but it just hit my as funny in thinking about lists of upgrades and redos and he's rarely mentioned.

*Sigh* Feel how you want, I've already said that I'm not looking for an argument. All because someone doesn't match the effusive praise of the thread doesn't indicate poo-poo'ing or offhand dismissal. I expressed being happy at the reveal. And I spoke a truth, whether other people agree, or not. Were I still taking photos you'd quickly realize I've been collecting for a long, long time and I don't say things based on hackneyed, or snap judgements. Hasbro has obviously succeeded in getting people to acquiesce and expect less, but a new head does not equate to new tooling, imo. The head is tooled, the body isn't. If you don't already have Puck, I can understand the baked in excitement. However, I own the Puck BAF and this new one is a glorified redeco like so many others.

But feel however you want to...

@BlueMarvel ya should be use to being wrong. I’ve never met a giants fan that was right about anything(I’m completely just kidding if that’s not clear) ha,

@Nash ha! Yep there’s soooo many Legends they need to make I doubt we’d ever be happy or not have wants. I still want a Spot, Morph(Animated series), there’s legit almost no end to the Marvel legends I’d want or buy haha.

Well I was getting ready to head out for a convention, so I was really only half paying attention. It was quite a confusing thing to just see, "Amazon Exclusive" but the picture showed 8 figures. I also had no idea the lady also called herself Vindicator.

If I get this set, I'll most likely sell off Puck and female Vindicator since I don't care about them.

Also I think the Alpha Flight boxset will be available for $40 at some point so I’ll pick it up then.

I don't know if Hasbro has workers here lurking the boards, but if they are, I'm in agreement that we need to see classic Electro, classic Shocker, first appearance Storm and Firestar. They're part of an ever-growing long, long list at the moment, along with classic Leader, classic Toad, Banshee, classic Pyro, Mr. Hyde, Captain Marvel II, Silver Centurion Iron Man, Ultron, classic U.S. Agent, Overdrive from "Superior Foes", and pretty much anyone who's a supporting character and villain from the Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk and Iron Man.

Personally, I'm still waiting for a Gil Kane/John Romita Sr. era Spider-Man figure, a John Byrne chainmail Captain America with brighter suit colors and an alternate smiling face and round and triangular shields, a new classic red suit Daredevil, classic Doctor Octopus with repainted suit colors or Armani suit Doc Ock with bendable wire tentacles, a classic Sandman that isn't a Build-a-Figure, a classic Mysterio with alternate heads of Quentin Beck and Daniel Berkhart, a classic Green Goblin with alternate heads of Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn and Bart Hamilton ('cause why not?), Ringmaster, classic Boomerang, Rhino either in his classic suit or his Sinister Syndicate armored suit, first appearance Mary Jane Watson, Iron Man II with a Jim Rhodes head, Professor/Merged Hulk with his brown Pantheon suit, Constrictor, classic Avalanche, the Fantastic Four in their John Byrne era blue-and-white suits, She-Hulk in her Fantastic Four uniform, Heroes Return Iron Man, Heroes Return gypsy Scarlet Witch, "Spider-Man Unlimited" cartoon suit Spider-Man, and Messiah Complex uniform Rogue.

Because let's face it, a Top 10 list is way too small when it comes to the Marvel Universe.

Also, I love that "She-Hulk" will get a Disney Plus series and that U.S. Agent will be on "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier". I'm not sure about the Disney Junior CGI "Spidey and his Amazing Friends" series though. I was hoping for a new traditional animated series. Spidey hasn't had a truly good TV series since "The Spectacular Spider-Man".

I'd really like to see them do a new Tigra. I'd even settle for her in the black one piece suit from Marvel Adventures

Well, that's one more to add to the list, lol

Seriously though, I'd love to see a new Tigra figure too. I'm kind of surprised they haven't made a Tigra yet. We also need the Wasp in her classic red-and-black uniform too and a Mr. Fix-It Gray Hulk.

Since we're getting that amazing Alpha Flight boxed set, I'd love to see new boxed sets for teams like the classic Avengers team roster so we can get Jack Kirby looking figures for heroes like Thor and the Hulk in his purple trunks, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants with Destiny, Avalanche, Blob, Pyro and a non Walgreens Exclusive Mystique, and a four-pack boxed set of the Slingers.

I thought it was previously established by hasbro that they do look at fb groups and message boards? It only makes sense.

Agreed. I know a lot of people like this team(although for the life of me I will never understand why), but I agree, this will pegwarm to an extent. I could be wrong but that's the way I'm leaning.

FYI: Corvus back in stock:

Not pegwarm in the traditional sense, but we'll never know unless the price drops on Amazon - which is likely what you meant. As far as liking this team, certainly there's no requirement to or not to, but I think a lot of readers of the late 70s and 80's that grew up with the X-Men, Avengers and F4 saw this as the second string hero teams along with a few others, important in that they we needed as filler. Filler in this case not being unnecessary, more like filler in cakes, but not as tasty.

I'm rambling and it's early so if that post makes no sense, forgive me.

I thought I saw a post a while back that the Legends team would be at D23. Is there going to be some type of presentation or panel with them today? Holding out hope for a Wong or Miek reveal!

If people are smart and patient, they will wait for the price drop. All these sets price drop eventually.

I'd rather pay my dues than risk missing out on this one. It's not something I'll feel bad about if the price drops, so paying in full doesn't bother me.

For Hasbro employee lurkers...that cape on Snowbird is a perfect precursor to FA Storms cape!!
We also need a classic White Queen and updated Mandarin. A new Leader would be nice!
Thunderbird,HAVOK,Angel, Marvel Girl, Perez Beast would all be great!!

Really? The Amazon exclusive Defenders set has been out for years now and except for on prime day or Black Friday the cheapest Amazon has ever knocked it down has been like $10 off. The Sentinel dofp set has also remained near full price except for this most recent prime day and even then it was only like a third off but now it's back to full price. Amazon doesn't seem as willing as stores like EE to discount their exclusive multipacks whenever it suits them.

I'd echo the voices saying the price will probably drop. They're doing a great little boon for the hardcore collectors, but these aren't A-listers by any means, so if you're patient, you'll probably be able to find them at a discount.
